A non-foam plastic layer is continuously provided in the lengthy direction with it, the dropping force of a foam plastic layer is mitigated, the foam growth in the lengthy direction is suppressed. In this case, the non-foam plastic layer is provided not to cover the whole outer periphery of the foam plastic layer, thus the foam growth in the outer periphery direction is not suppressed. The rigidity in the lengthy direction and the perpendicular direction can be improved.

CONSTITUTION:Thermal-fusion extrudable fluororesin and a foaming agent are led into an extruder, while this foaming agent is uniformly dispersed in the fused fluororesin, and it is extruded to the outer periphery of a conductor for its covering, forming a foaming fluororesin insulated coating in this way. At the time of forming this fluororesin insulated coating, fluorocarbon containing more than three fluorine atoms is used as a foaming agent, and this fluorocarbon is injected in the point midway in the extruder, and the injection pressure should be more than 10kg/cm . After the foaming agent is uniformly dispersed in the fused fluororesin, it is extruded to the conductor outer periphery at the specified outer diameter for its covering, thereby forming the foaming insulated coating at a specified thickness.

The terminal end of each bobbin is connected to the wind-up starting end of the next bobbin, and is led into the guide ring 90 through a guide groove in each hood. With this arrangement, it is possible to reduce a space and enhance the working ability for high speed wind-up. ;.

The motor 11 is controlled in rotating direction and rotating time by a sensor, and when drawn electric wire 4 becomes a certain fixed angle θ or more with an electric wire drawing direction, the motor 11 is driven, the drum 1 is driven and drawn electric wire 4 is always made within an angle θ with the drawing direction. The angle θ is determined by thickness of electric wire 4, an internal structure, a material of sheath and the like. A problem that electric wire 4 is twisted and becomes a product defective is avoided.
