The delay in the slot of the packet switching system information is varied with a number of slots subject to buffering in a packet switching system information relay buffer, that is, a traffic of the packet switching system information. When the delay in the relay of the packet switching system information is minimum, only the ring transmission delay and the in-node processing delay exist and the throughput of the packet switching system information between user node equipments is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To supply a high speed synchronizing clock signal to a system independently of an input clock signal by using a characteristic of a PLL circuit capable of outputting even when no input clock signal exists as a 1st synchronizing part and using an LC circuit capable of high speed oscillation as a 2nd synchronizing part. CONSTITUTION:A pre-stage PLL circuit 1 as the 1st circuit section and a post- stage synchronizing circuit 2 as the 2nd circuit section are connected in series. The output of the pre-stage PLL circuit 1 is given to the post-stage synchronizing circuit 2 and branched and fed back to the pre-stage PLL circuit 1 via a frequency divider 3. Since the phase synchronizing feedback circuit such as the PLL circuit 1 or the like in the 1st synchronizing part is capable of being run itself, even when the input system is separated and the input clock signal is interrupted, the output clock signal is supplied to the system. Moreover, the element or circuit coping with the high speed is adopted for the 2nd synchronizing section, the synchronizing is attained even to a high speed clock signal. Thus, a high speed synchronizing clock signal is supplied to the system.

CONSTITUTION:Usually, a managing node 3 inputs the clock from a high-speed digital network 1 through a clock signal line 2, and establishes the synchronization of a whole local area network LAN. When the managing node 3 has the trouble, a sub-managing node 4 acts for a LAN managing function, and continues to operate as the LAN. The node signal line 2 is also connected with the sub-managing node 4 from the high-speed digital network 1, and when the node 4 substitutes the LAN managing function, it inputs and succeeds the clock through the clock signal line 2, establishes the synchronization of the whole LAN, and attain data transmission/receipt between the high-speed digital network 1. Thus, when the managing node 3 has the trouble, an action as the LAN can be continued.

SOLUTION: A maintenance telephone set transmission reception section 5 receives received data in its reception buffer (1) 402, uses a voice validity check section 403 to check the data, and delivers the data to a telephone set via a reception buffer (2) 406 to speech i/f 409 when the data are valid voice data. In the case of transmission, voice data are stored in a transmission buffer (1) 412 and the voice data are sent to a transmission line access section in a node via a transmission buffer (2) 414. Thus, the voice data outputted from an optional maintenance telephone set are received by any maintenance telephone set and the maintenance telephone system in a loop LAN is obtained, in which the communication between optional maintenance telephone sets is attained without the need for an exchange.

When inserting the electronic package 1 into a rack-shaped housing part, the rotary shaft 301 of the lever is moved to a terminal part 103 of the through-groove 100, and, when the electronic package 1 is normally housed, the rotary shaft 301 is disposed at a terminal part 105 of the through-groove 100. When the electronic package 1 is normally housed, the lever is housed in the protrusion 101 of the electronic package 1.
