    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-flow rate measuring device which minimizes the influence of matters attaching onto an exothermic resistor or the like, during stoppage of an engine so as to improve the measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: A flow rate of air sucked into the internal combustion engine is detected by using the exothermic resistor 1. After the internal combustion engine is stopped, a power management circuit 4 keeps the temperature of the exothermic resistor 1, at a level equal to or higher than the same during driving the internal combustion engine, until the temperatures of devices mounted on the internal combustion engine and an intake air system thereof become equal to or lower than the temperature, at which a volatile gas, such as oil vapor, is generated. The power management circuit 4 detects the air temperature by a heat-sensitive resistor 2 for detecting the temperature of the air sucked into the internal combustion engine. Based on the detected temperature, the power management circuit also keeps the temperature of the exothermic resistor at a level equal to or higher than the same during driving the internal combustion engine, after the stoppage of the internal combustion engine.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a heating resistor type flow measurement apparatus which can reduce minus flow measurement errors when a fluid to be measured pulses caused by the nonlinearity and delay in response of output voltage characteristics. SOLUTION: An output voltage V1 in accordance with a heating current passing through a heating resistor 3 in an air passage 4 is output from a drive circuit section 1a. The output voltage V1 is supplied to a flow signal value conversion section 1b, is converted into a second output voltage V2 to be an inverted nonlinear characteristic curve, and is supplied, as an air flow signal, to an input circuit 2a of an engine control unit 2. An engine throttle valve opening signal TV and an engine rpm signal Ne are also supplied to the input circuit 2a and are converted into digital signals to be supplied to a CPU 2b. The CPU 2b, on the basis of the air flow signal Q, the throttle valve opening signal TV, and the engine rpm signal Ne, calculates a fuel injection amount to be supplied to an injector.
