When a current is fed between brushes L and CO, the poles A and Z are excited and the pole Z is attracted to the iron plate 3 whereas the pole A rolls to the left while the iron plate due to the magnetic friction force. When a current is fed between the brushes R and L, the poles B and Z are excited and they do not roll but are blocked. When the current supply is interrupted, the poles B and Z are unlocked and freed.

With this constitution, even if the center of the inner wall surface of a yoke 3 for slide-supporting the plunger 5A and the core of the inner wall surface of a nozzle 6 for slide-supporting the valve 7 deflect, automatic center adjustment in movable manners in the vertical direction along the inner wall surfaces is permitted, since the plunger 5A and the valve 7 connected by the joint 16 are formed into spherical form, and the vertical operation is not obstructed. Therefore, the error in metering fuel due to the operation disorder of the plunger 5A and the valve 7 and the generation of troubles such as fuel leak due to the sealing disorder are prevented. Further, the cost in working parts such as the yoke 3 and the nozzle 7 and the assembly cost of the body can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the output of an engine from abnormally becoming larger, even when the cooling effect of an intercooler has increased, by controlling the supercharging pressure level to a level lower than the normal mode when the outside air temperature is lower than a set temperature. CONSTITUTION:In a supercharger 1, a turbine 5 is turned by the exhaust gas exhausted from an engine 9, thereby a compressor 3 receiving the rotating force thereof compresses air. And, after having been cooled by an intercooler 7 provided in an intake passage 2, the compressed air is supplied to the engine 9 via a throttle valve 8. In this case, if the outside air temperature detected by a sensor 22 is lower than the set temperature set by a supercharging pressure setting unit 19, the solenoid valve 17 in an operating pressure controller 14 is closed. And the operating pressure of an actuator 13 is increased to open a bypass valve 11 provided in an exhaust bypass passage 10. Thus, the flow rate of exhaust gas passing through the turbine 5 is reduced to decrease the supercharging pressure level.

CONSTITUTION:In a gasoline engine 13 with a supercharger composed by furnishing a compressor of an exhaust gas turbine supercharger 3 and a throttle valve 20 in order, an electromagnetic valve 2 is installed integrally at the scrolling end of a scroll of a compressor case 1 in the supercharger 3. This electromagnetic valve 2 is installed between passages 7 and 8 connecting a scroll passage 4 through which the air compressed at the compressor passes and the inlet 6 of a compressor blade 5. The electromagnetic valve 2 is operated when it receives a signal that the throttle valve 20 is fully closed, and a surging of the compressor is prevented thereby.
