To absorb variation in the temperature detection circuit 41 and the quartz oscillation circuit 1, an externally settable set value memory circuit 45 is provided to supply a set value for adjustment to a gradient adjusting circuit 43 and an offset adjusting circuit 44.

    • PURPOSE:To convert a temperature measuring circuit into an MOSIC and at the same time to realize an automatic control of the temperature, by using a digital circuit to compensate the temperature slope or the variance of the absolute value of the temperature information signal given from a temperature-sensitive oscillator. CONSTITUTION:The time interval of the temperature measurement is set by a timer provided at a control part 6 in a temperature measuring circuit 4. The numerical values A and B are set to a gate signal counter 8 and a comparing counter 9 respectively at a moment to measure the temperature. Then the signal of a cycle setting a temperature-sensitive oscillator 7 as a signal source is fed to the counter 8; while a signal PX of a frequency fC given from a frequency dividing circuit 2 using a quartz oscillator 1 as a signal source is fed to the counter 9. In addition, the counter 9 is controlled by a control part 6 so that it starts counting at the state of the count contents B and works for the same period as the counter 8. The counter 9 stops its working when it counts A units of the gate signal. Then the value that remains finally at the counter 9 is equal to the temperature information T and transferred to a temperature register 10.
