    • PURPOSE: To allow the circuit to cope with low frequency noises of a built-in power supply circuit output without the need for connection of a ripple filter or the like at the outside by providing a capacitor to the base of an amplifier transistor(TR) to connect the base to ground in terms of low frequency AC. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor C10 is connected to the base of a Tr2 of a buffer amplifier circuit section 1 to connect the base to ground in terms of low frequency AC. An impedance of a coil L1 is selected to be sufficiently large with respect to an oscillated frequency of a VCO 100 and to be sufficiently smaller with respect to a ripple frequency of a power supply voltage to a power terminal B. Thus, a buffer amplifier section 2 acts like a ripple filter with respect to a low frequency noise from the power terminal B and acts like a conventional amplifier with respect to a signal fed from an oscillation circuit section 2. When the VCO 100 is designed as a module, which is used for a component of a synthesizer circuit for a radio telephone set or the like, no additional ripple filter is required outside the circuit and the power supply Vcc is connected directly to the VCO 100.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of an accident, such as a nip of the finger of a passenger, by providing a film-form contact detector to generate an electric signal through detection of contact of a part of a human body. CONSTITUTION:A place where a nip of the finger of a baby and a child is apt to occur is a gaps 4 and 5 at a part where a car door panel 2 is positioned facing a car entrance pillar 3 and gaps 10 and 11 at a part where a door panel 8 on the landing side is positioned facing an entrance frame 9 on the landing side. Film-form contact detectors 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b and 12a, 12b, 13a, 13b are attached to the respective opposite parts of the gaps 4, 5, 10 and 11 throughout a range of height of 30-160cm from the floor of a car 1. When the car 1 seats an entrance floor and a door opening command is outputted, when all the contact detectors generate no detecting signal, opening operation of a door is effected. When even one of the contact detectors generates a detecting signal, opening operation of a door is not effected.

    • PURPOSE:To surely suppress a temperature rise of a Be window of a vacuum container, to make the temperature of the entire vacuum container higher, and to conduct side evacuation by carrying out evacuation by fitting a Peltier element to the Be window in a heat transmitting manner while directly cooling the Be window. CONSTITUTION:A Be window 11 is sealed airtight in a part of the metal cylindrical part of the vacuum container 12 of a rotary positive electrode type X-ray tube 10. A Peltier element 19 is fitted to the outer surface of the tube 10 by a jig 18 in a heat transmitting manner, and the power is supplied from a power source 20. A cooler 21 is mounted on the heat readiating part of the element 19, and cooling water is circulated inside. When the tube 10 is to be evacuated, the container 12 is heated by high frequency heating. A positive electrode target is hit by an electron, heated thereby, and is evacuated. Alghough heat is generated in or reach the window 11, the window 11 is cooled by the element 19, the heat of which is radiated to the outside by the cooling water, and the temperature increase of the window 11 is thus restricted.

A L-shaped piping 33 is connected rotatably to the part 31b through a victaulic joint 32. The part 33a of the L-shape piping 33 is arranged in the oil tank 10. A part 33b is arranged horizontally at the time of normal condition, and on the other hand, the part 33b is arranged vertically at the time of inspection, exchanged and the like of a valve, a hydraulic pump, and the like.
