    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability by preventing a transmission line switchgear from malfunctioning by pseudo transmission display signals. SOLUTION: When respective subscriber modems transmit transmission display signals, their own ID codes are included, spectrum spreading is performed and transmission is performed. In a gate switch unit 30, at the time of receiving the transmission display signals, by collating the ID code included in the signals with the ID code of the subscriber modem registered beforehand in a transmission origin judgement circuit 39, whether or not it is transmission from a normal subscriber modem is judged.     • PURPOSE:To prevent inside and outside interference due to radio LAN inside a construction and to enable effective use of frequency by providing a layer of a member which can be attached and removed to and from a surface dividing a space inside the construction and has characteristics of radio wave shield and absorption. CONSTITUTION:A radio wave shield absorption panel is used for a wall, for example, and has a structure wherein a decorative layer 1, a radio wave shield absorption layer 2 and a foundation layer 3 are laminated and measures about a half ken (approximately 90cm). The radio wave shield absorption layer 2 is comprised of two layers of a metal plate 2a and a loss material 2b. The loss material 2b converts electric energy to heat energy and is formed of powder such as ferrite and carbon and a holding material for holding it in a space. As the holding material, paper, concrete, rubber, glass, styrene foam, etc., are used. Since a chamber wherein a radio LAN is used becomes an independent radio wave space, it is possible to prevent inside and outside interference due to the radio LAN and to use frequency effectively.

    • PURPOSE:To enable CSMA/DC and to improve throughput by transmitting test signals to a prescribed band during a test signal transmission period and deciding the collision of signals when any test signals excepting for the transmitted test signals are received during a pulse number check period. CONSTITUTION:When no test signal from another terminal is detected, a terminal to transmit communication data transmits plural pulse-shaped signals decided in advance having random time intervals or the test signals having the fixed value of the total sum of burst lengths within fixed time T1 before the transmission of the communication data. When any signals are detected during the period of transmitting no test signal within a fixed period T2 including the fixed period T1, the terminal transmitting the test signals judges that the signal collision is generated. When the previously decided number of pulse or the test signals exceeding the total burst length are received within the fixed period T2, the terminal transmitting no test signal judges that the signal collision is generated.
