    • PURPOSE:To facilitate calculation of a spring constant and to stabilize rigidity of a bearing through minimization of a change in a throttle gap produced due to thermal deformation occasioned by a change in the temperature of pressurized fluid, by a method wherein a moving member, supported in a cantlileber form manner by means of a parallel spring, is located between two recessed parts of a valve body which has the two recessed parts, positioned facing each other, within a chamber into which pressurized fluid is fed. CONSTITUTION:Flanges 30 and 31 are secured to a valve body 29 of a control throttle valve 28 through spacers 32 and 33. First and second pockets 22 and 23 in which to bore first and second recessed parts 36 and 37 and liquid guiding holes 38 and 39, machined in flanges 30 and 31, is communicated to first and second pockets 22 and 23, respectively. A moving member 40 formed integrally a parallel spring 41, is located with gaps X1 and X2 between the first and second recessed parts 36 and 37, and is secured to a valve body 28 through a support part 44 and a flange 47. The parallel spring 41 is constituted such that first and second through-grooves 42a and 42b are bored in a resilient body, and are intercommunicated through an oblique groove 43. This constitution facilitates the spring constant of a moving support spring, reduces the influence of the change in temperature of pressurized fluid, and enables ensurance of rigidity of a bearing.

    • PURPOSE:To secure the working precision of a machine tool by preventing the thermal deformation of a hollow constitution member due to the difference of the temperature response speed in the same member for the change of the outside air temperature by charging liquid into the hollow part of the hollow constitution member. CONSTITUTION:When a temperature difference is generated between the parts of a constitution member 21, natural convection is generated in the liquid 22 in a hollow part by the change of liquid density. Since the heat transfer from the high-temperature part of the constitution member 21 to the low-temperature part through the liquid 22 in the hollow part by the natural convection in this case, the generated temperature difference is offset, and the max. temperature difference generated between the parts of the constitution member 21 is kept at a small value. Further, by charging liquid into the hollow part of the constitution member 21, the heat capacity of the liquid 22 is added, and the same effect to the increase of the body thickness of the constitution member 21 can be obtained, and the following of the temperature of the constitution member 21 to the change of the outside air temperature can be suppressed, and also the temperature difference generated between the parts of the constitution member 21 is reduced, and the thermal deformation can be suppressed, and a machine tool having a high precision can be obtained.

While an outer cylinder, providing in its point end part a plurality (for example, eight as shown in the drawing) of attractive balls 45 to be arranged at a fixed interval in the peripheral direction, is indexed by rotary driving. By this constitution, the device enables its operation in safety further with high efficiency to be obtained.

The relation between the temperature T of the bearing 5 and the input voltage V of said device 13 for providing the optimal corresponding cooling capacity is predetermined to produce a voltage setting signal for providing the optimal cooling to said device 13 with correspondence to the temperature signal to be fed to the device 531.
