    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide revolutions sensor is which the high accuracy of the circularity on the outside face of a base body is not required and which is manufactured easily. SOLUTION: Three ribs 14 which protrude to the inside are installed at the inside face which is close to the inside bottom face of a bottomed cylindrical case 11. When a magnet 16, a pair of magnetoresistance elements 17 and a column-shaped base body 15 at which a processing circuit 18 is installed are housed inside the bottomed cylindrical case 11, the three ribs 14 are deformed, and the base body 15 is fixed inside the bottomed cylindrical case 11. By this constitution, when the height of the three ribs 14 inside the case 11 is formed with good accuracy, the position of the magnetoresistance elements 17 can be regulated precisely. Then, since the height of the three ribs 14 can be adjusted easily, the high accuracy of the roundness on the outside face of the column-shaped base body 15 is not required. As a result, an excellent effect to easily manufacture the revolutions sensor is obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a short circuit between terminals at the time of manufacture and facilitate manufacture by providing an output terminal, the packaging pattern of a processing circuit, and the wiring pattern of a magnetic resistance element on a flexible board. SOLUTION: A flexible board 6 is provided with a wiring pattern 7 on one end side, a packaging pattern 8 at the center section, and an output terminal section at the other end side, and four ribs 10 provided on a substrate 4 are heat-deposited to integrally package them. A processing circuit is mounted on the packaging pattern 8, and a magnetic resistance element 12 is mounted on the wiring pattern 7. The gear of a vehicle on the opposite side is provided to face the magnetic resistance element 12. When the gear approaches, the magnetic flux density against the magnetic resistance element 12 is changed, and its output is converted into a rectangular wave by the processing circuit and is outputted.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner, capable of restraining suction loss due to close contact of a dust collecting bag to improve the dust collecting efficiency while the body of the vacuum cleaner is reduced in size and weight. SOLUTION: This vacuum cleaner includes the dust collecting bag 3 for collecting dust, a dust collecting chamber 4 for storing the dust collecting bag 3, the upper part of which is provided with an opening part, and a motor-driven blower 5 for generating suction air in the downstream of the dust collecting chamber 4. A recessed part 16 projected outward over an opening edge 11 is provided in a part of the side wall of the dust collecting chamber 4, whereby the problem in shortage of strength of a mold is solved, and even if the dust collecting bag 3 is expanded to closely adhere to the side wall of the dust collecting chamber 4, the air passage of the recessed part 16 is secured so that dust can be collected efficiently without lowering the suction efficiency, and furthermore since the recessed part 16 has been formed by a part of the double wall heretofore, the dust collecting efficiency can be improved without any increase in dimensions of outer hull of the body.
