SOLUTION: Head position adjusting member 144 adjust especially a head height of a head position, and are also the member for fixing head bases 142 and a rotary drum 120, for which a UV(ultraviolet ray) anaerobic adhesive is used. By using such a UV anaerobic adhesive, the head bases 142 can freely be moved on a rotary drum 120 before irradiated with UV, and the head bass 142 can be fixed on the rotary drum 120 after irradiated with UV. After absorbing unevenness of head heights and adjusting head position with ease and precision, the head bases 142 are promptly fixable. Therefore, the head position adjusting member 144 serves as a spacer and fixing screws for eliminating the need for them.

Moreover, this spacer 3 is rectangle-shaped, and is arranged only at the lower part of the magnetic head 2a, 2b, namely, it is arranged so as to form a groove-formed spacing S between the magnetic heads 2a, 2b. Since the spacer 3 is formed so as to be fitted only at the lower part of the magnetic heads 2a, 2b to form the spacing S on the above, the spacer 3 does not serve as an obstacle when forming curved surfaces on the tip parts of the magnetic heads.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to inexpensively produce a head drum for recording and reproducing of signals in a high yield by producing the head of the head drum and the rotating part of a rotating transformer on the same substrate by using a thin film technique. SOLUTION: A first film layer 14 of a conductive material consisting of, for example, copper is deposited on a substrate 13 by using the thin film technique. Another conductive material for further forming head windings and a second film layer 15 of a magnetic permeable material for forming leg parts 8, 9 are deposited thereon. Further, the film layer 15 is appropriately supplemented by appropriately depositing SiO2 thereon and finally a third film layer 16 of another conductive material is deposited to complete the windings. The electric connection to one of the windings 5, 6 of the rotating part of the rotating transformer is executed by using wires 11, 12 and further, this film layer 16 is appropriately supplemented by appropriately depositing the SiO2 thereon. The final deposition of a passivation layer is executed to complete the production step.
