摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which is a device for correcting the unbalance of a plate type information medium, has a low overall height, has an improved response and is not significantly affected by a drive motor and a disk turntable for the information medium. SOLUTION: The means for correcting the unbalance is achieved by the fact that a pressing device (P) for holding the information medium on the disk turntable is internally provided with this means. The means (A) for correcting the unbalance is an automatic balancer to be provided in the pressing the unbalance is an automatic balancer (H) running in a circular form inclusive of the correcting means (A) within the pressing device (P). The diameter of the groove (H) running in the circle is preferably larger than the scanning diameter on the inner side of the information medium (IT) and a disk or ball is used as the correcting means (A). The application range of this invention includes a recording or reproducing device having the means for correcting the unbalance of the plate type information medium, such as a CC, ROM or DVD drive.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop a winding motor at a target position through a prescribed course with a prescribed braking time, by performing open loop control and closed lop control even when the winding motor is in such a state that the motor is braked by means of a servo device. SOLUTION: Two servo circuits respectively use DC motors as winding motors 1 for the control of the motors 1 and for supplying exciting currents to the motors 1. Each servo circuit is provided with a sensor 3 for detecting the revolving motion of each motor 1, and the outputs of the sensors 3 are supplied to a servo processor 5 through a signal amplifier 4. Then the step type open loop control and closed loop control which are performed on each winding motor 1 while both servo circuits are in braking courses, are performed on the basis of, for example, the order of the reference value corresponding to the values of the numbers of revolutions of the motors 1 and stored in a memory 9. When the rotating speed of each motor 1 becomes coincident with the reference value, shifting to the next reference value pair is immediately made. Consequently, the looping of recording carriers can be avoided.

And, supporting is performed so that force is applied to the multi-track head in parallel and vertical to the running direction 9 of the recording carrier 2 by tension of the spring element.

SOLUTION: When a recording medium 1 is imbalanced or is arranged without being placed correctly at the center of a device, imbalance is generated in the direction of the arrow 18 and vibration is transmitted to a scanner 11 through a disk turntable 4, a drive motor 5 and a supporting element 10. This vibration affects largely the movement in the radial direction of a lens 12 and the vibration S is the function of imbalance U to become S=F(U). The force generated by the imbalance (U) behaves on the disk turntable 4 and is transmitted to a drive shaft 9 through a spring element 7 and a damper element 8. The disk turnbable 4 and the drive shaft 9 are displaced with respect to the drive shaft 9.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to inexpensively produce a head drum for recording and reproducing of signals in a high yield by producing the head of the head drum and the rotating part of a rotating transformer on the same substrate by using a thin film technique. SOLUTION: A first film layer 14 of a conductive material consisting of, for example, copper is deposited on a substrate 13 by using the thin film technique. Another conductive material for further forming head windings and a second film layer 15 of a magnetic permeable material for forming leg parts 8, 9 are deposited thereon. Further, the film layer 15 is appropriately supplemented by appropriately depositing SiO2 thereon and finally a third film layer 16 of another conductive material is deposited to complete the windings. The electric connection to one of the windings 5, 6 of the rotating part of the rotating transformer is executed by using wires 11, 12 and further, this film layer 16 is appropriately supplemented by appropriately depositing the SiO2 thereon. The final deposition of a passivation layer is executed to complete the production step.

When a secondary voltage of the accumulating capacitor is gradually raised in accordance with an increase of a receiving electric charge amt., reaching a threshold voltage, the accumulating capacitor is separated from a charging current by the control circuit to suppress energy consumption of the device to a min.

SOLUTION: When the driving unit 28 is rotated in the 1st direction shown by an arrow 32, a peripheral disk 33 is moved in the direction shown by an arrow 34. Simultaneously, a lever 35 whereon the peripheral disk 33 is mounted, is rocked around the shaft 36 bringing the peripheral disk 33 into contact with a saw tooth disk. A tape is wound on the coaxial reel 23 which is used for a take-up reel next. The tape is unwound on the coaxial reel 26 by making the rotating direction of the driving unit 28 to be opposite. The lever 35 is rocked around the shaft 36 bringing the peripheral disk 37 mounted on the lever 35 for driving the coaxial reel 26 into contact with the saw tooth disk 27.
