    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator improved in the welding cost of a stator core and the accuracy of a skew angle, and to provide a manufacturing method of the stator.
      SOLUTION: The stator core 1 is formed into a cylindrical shape, and has a concentric columnar shape hollow part 8. An engagement groove 2, a fixing groove 3, and a positioning groove 4 are formed on the external peripheral surface of the stator core 1. The engagement groove 2, the fixing groove 3, and the positioning groove 4 are parallel with an axial line L, respectively. A plurality of slots 6 are formed at the internal peripheral surface of the stator core 1. Each slot 6 is inclined to the axial line L at a certain angle (skew angle). A coil is inserted into each slot 6 of the stator core 1, thus forming the stator.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine capable of operating efficiently while keeping a good productivity that is an advantage of concentrated winding.
      SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine includes a stator 1 in which a coil 4 is wound around a plurality of teeth 5 through a concentrated winding, and the coil 4 is connected to a three-phase power supply, a rotor 2 disposed opposite to the teeth 5 of the stator 1, wherein a ratio of the number of poles to the number of slots of the stator 1 is 1:3. Consequently, harmonic component of magnetmotive force close to fundamental wave is eliminated, and thus a rotary electric machine can be operated efficiently. Also, a rotary electric machine can be provided with a small coil end, a high volume productivity, a high space factor and a good productivity by adopting a stator of a concentrated winding approach.

      SOLUTION: This motor is provided with a stator having a straight line cut surface at a circular outer periphery surface of a stator iron core and an armature winding in slots by forming the plurality of slots in the stator iron core, and a rotor rotatably supported at an inner periphery side of the stator with a prescribed gap. The linear cut surface of the stator iron core is staggered by arbitrary laminated thickness in an axial direction in a circumferential direction to eliminate local magnetic saturation of a core back by unifying a core back area of the stator iron core in the axial direction and the circumferential direction, and to improve a cogging torque and an induction voltage waveform distortion ratio by securing the fluid passage of the lubrication oil as usual, thus reducing oscillation and noises.
