摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable deodorizing together with air conditioning by incorporating a fan in a cover vertically provided rearward of a stool, blowing cool wind or hot wind from a blowing opening, and mounting a cartridge sealing a deodorant and an aromatic in a suction opening. SOLUTION: A suction opening 2 is provided on the side part of a cover 1b vertically provided rearward of a stool 1, a blowing opening 6 having a louver is provided on the front, a fan 4 is incorporated in a passage 3 to suck air from the suction opening 2, and cool wind is blown from the blowing opening 6 to the neck of a stool user through the evaporator 5 of a cooling device. In addition, in the case of heating, a heater may be disposed at the position of the evaporator 5. A cartridge 8 sealing a deodorant or an aromatic 8a in the suction opening 2 can be detachably mounted. Thereby the fan 4 of an air conditioner is used for a deodorizing device a ventilation fan need not be attached otherwise and in the case where the air conditioner is not used, only the fan 4 is rotated to perform deodorizing. When the other suction opening 2a is provided on the lower part of a stool seat, strong deodorizing can be performed.

When the power supply OFF signal is inputted in the control circuit, the energization to the hot water heater and the heater for the heating toilet seat 6 is turned off. The power supply can be turned off without unplugging a plug from a power supply receptacle, and the power can be saved.

SOLUTION: When water is flowed in a warm water tank 1 through a main valve, warm water of the warm water tank 1 is pushed out, the warm water passes through a changeover valve 5 to push nozzles 6, 7 so as to be jetted. When the main valve is closed and jetting of the warm water is stopped, the nozzles 6, 7 is to be returned to an original housing position by a spring interiorly mounted in the nozzles 6, 7. In this case, residual pressure exists in the warm water tank 1, but a solenoid valve 9 connected to a vacuum breaker 8 provided in the warm water tank 1 is operated to forcibly open the vacuum breaker 8 so as to release the residual pressure of the warm water tank 1 and the nozzles 6, 7 are returned to a housing position. Thus, after washing, the residual pressure of the warm water tank can be forcibly released through an open valve and the nozzles can be returned to the housing position.

A switching device is provided in the middle of a circuit, with which the main power supply unit is connected to a commercial power supply and connected to the microcomputer. An auxiliary power supply unit composed of a small size transformer is connected to the microcomputer. If a power supply switch is turned off for stopping an electric apparatus, an OFF operation signal is outputted to the switching device from the microcomputer, and the switching device cuts off the connection between the commercial power supply and the main power supply current application to the main power supply is blocked. Since the microcomputer is fed with a power by the auxiliary power supply unit in this waiting state, when the power supply switch is turned on, an ON-operation signal is outputted to the switching device, and the connection between the commercial power supply and the main power supply can be restored.

When the shutter 10 is lowered to the downward limits, the whole opening 8 is in a state of being covered from the bowl 7, and the incursion of soil water such as urine, etc., into the opening 8 is prevented.
