On a base part 42 of the lever 25, an indicator part 48 for indicating a present temperature is provided. By rotating the lever 25 in left and right directions, a low temperature side or a high temperature side of the display part 26 is indicated by the lever 25. Because the display part 46 is not rotated together with the lever 25, which direction the lever 25 should be rotated and operated is made clear when the present temperature is confirmed or the water discharging temperature is changed and opetability is improved.

Since the stool 1 is not fixed on the front plate 14 (14a, 14b), it is possible to reduce the strength of the front plate and cost. Moreover, the appearance is improved, cleaning becomes easy, and sanitary condition is improved because the shape of an outer surface of a pedestal 2 is simplified.
