    • PURPOSE:To maintain the corrosion proof and brazing property by metallizing or plating a Zn alloy on the surfaces of Al materials and assembling the Al materials temporarily and setting up these in a heating furnace and forming the inside of the furnace to the specific degree of vacuum to heat it up to the melting temperature of brazing filler metal. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger main body consists of a tube 1, fins 2 and unions 3 and the tube 1 is molded by extruding the Al materials containing Cu and formed flat on the cross section having paths 1a of media and bent zigzag. The fins 2 are formed in a wave-shape of the Al materials containing Zn and the unions 3 are also formed of the Al materials. The Al materials are assembled temporarily by an assembling device and set up in the heating furnace and heated to the melting temperature of the brazing filler metal with the degree of vacuum of 0.04-0.005 Torr to perform the brazing. By this method, the brazing to satisfy both the corrosion proof and brazing property at the heating treatment stage is made possible and moreover, since flux is not used, the cleaning is not necessary.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress fluctuation of injecting quantity even when open-valve pressure has varied due to aging by providing a residual pressure regulation valve for varying residual pressure of injection vavle corresponding to variation of open-valve pressure of injection nozzle. CONSTITUTION:When an engine is rotating with high speed, a residual pressure regulation valve 4 opens and the pressure in an injection tube 11 lowers to such level as being determined by setting pressure of a return side feeder valve 5. When the engine is rotating with low speed, i.e. in a region having low injection rate, a regulation valve body 21 closes a hole 23 of a regulation valve body 20 upon finish of injection and the residual pressure regulation valve 4 does not open, and thereby fuel in the injection tube 11 is simply returned through an orifice 26 of the regulation valve body 21. Consequently, when open- valve pressure of a nozzle 12 lowers due to aging, residual pressure in the injection tube 11 lowers correspondingly. As a result, even if the open-valve pressure of the nozzle 12 lowers, the pressure in the injection tube 11 does not exceed considerably over the open-valve pressure, resulting in constant injection quantity.

CONSTITUTION:A controller calculates the synthetic signal T in a synthetic signal calculating means 11a on the basis of the detection signal of each sensor, and calculates the aimed wind quantity value BLO on the basis of the synthetic signal T in a wind quantity calculating means 11b. The aimed wind quantity BLO is compared with a prescribed wind quantity value alpha in a judging means 11c, and if BLO alpha, the control pattern having a hysteresis is calculated, and a blower is controlled. Therefore, in the region where the air blowing quantity is larger, the frequent variation of the air blowing quantity and the variation of the sound quality of the air cutting sound can be suppressed by carrying out the control having a hysteresis, and comfortableness can be improved.

CONSTITUTION:The speed of an engine 1, when it is normal, is detected by the first speed detector 2, and its detecting signal is input to an injection control arithmetic part 4. The first speed detector 2, when it causes a trouble due to some cause, is switched to the second speed detector 3 by a selector circuit 21. And detecting a pulsation of pressure in an exhaust pipe 6 by a pulsation detector 7 and estimating the speed of the engine 1 through an engine speed converter circuit 8, the second speed detector 3 inputs a signal, corresponding to this speed, to the injection control arithmetic part 4. Accordingly, even when the speed detector 2 causes a trouble, fuel injection of a fuel injection device main unit 5 is continuously controlled.

A second correction factor reading means operates at a low rotation range of the object being inspected and reads a correction factor at a high accuracy from the correction factor memory means by setting the number of reading bits to a large value and applies a correction factor read to the correction output means. The correction output means corrects a time interval measured by the time interval measuring means by the correction factor from the first or second correction factor reading means to output.

    • PURPOSE:To aim at miniaturization of a device by using a V-belt type continuously variable transmission device, which includes a hydraulic servo mechanism, to operate the accessory of an automobile engine in such a manner that, when the engine speed is low, it is rotated at a high speed, while, when the engine speed is increased, it is decelerated. CONSTITUTION:When the engine speed is increased, a flyweight 5 is caused to press a holder 26 by the centrifugal force, and then, such force overcomes the spring force of a spring 8, so that a servo valve 6 moves back to cause the oil through 16 for a power piston 7 to be closed, and the supply of the engine oil to a power piston chamber 70 is cut off. When the valve 6 moves still further, oil in the piston chamber 70 fluxes into a drain chamber 33, and then sent to an oil pan by means of a discharge mechanism 20. Thereby, the pressure which has been applied to the piston 7 is lowered, and then, the piston 7 follows the valve 6 so that the oil through 16 is caused to close, and an oil through 17 is also caused to close. Hereupon, a slide pulley 3b is moved to the open side, and at the driven shaft side, a movable pulley is moved by virtue of a spring force in the closing direction. Therefore, an accessory is operated at a decelerated number of revolutions.
