摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a damage on respective devices because of the shortcircuit between contact pins from being occurred by providing a means to detect the shortcircuit between all of the pins when an IC card is inserted. CONSTITUTION:The card transfer part 5 of the read/write device 2 is provided with six pieces of contact pins CLK-Vpp that contact the respective contact points of the IC card 1. Each pin is connected to each of the I/O terminals P2.2-P2.6 of a CPU9. The CPU9 detects the shortcircuit between optional two of the contact pins corresponding to a signal inputted to each I/O terminal when the contact points of the card 1 contact respective contact pins. When the CPU9 detects the shortcircuit the motor 19 of the part 5 is driven to transfer the card 1. As a result, the damage on respective devices owing to the shortcircuit between contact pins can be prevented from being occurred.

The process of carrying in is made through the driving control of a motor 19 basing on the detection of limit switches 20, 21, and the contact pins of a reading and writing device 2 and the contact of the IC card become the state of contact. As contact pins Vcc, Vpp are cut off from a power source circuit 14 by opening of relays 13, 15, no unfavorable influence is given to the power source circuit 14, etc., even if contact pins Vcc, Vpp are short-circuited with a contact pin GND for grounding by some reason.

摘要： PURPOSE:To always attain simulation in a synchronous state by storing respectively a waveform data to plural memories, applying frequency conversion to the analog conversion output of one memory, and using the count of a pulse train to access simultaneously the memories. CONSTITUTION:Each waveform data relating to a reference pulse (a), a rotation pulse (b), a needle lift pulse (c), and a turning angle signal (d) is loaded respectively to corresponding RAMS 1-4 via a controller 7. Each data is converted into an analog value by D/A converters 12-15. The output of the converter 15 is subject to frequency conversion by a voltage/frequency converter 20 and its pulse train is counted by a counter 21. Then the controller 7 used the count of the counter 21 as an address to access simultaneously the RAMs 1-4 to extract each data thereby performing simulation. Thus, pulse signals are simulated while being synchronized at all times.

When the card-shaped detecting body 1 is inserted into an IC card reading detecting device, if contact between the contact head and the detecting contact 1a is good, the light emitting diode 2a is lit. the connector 3 is connected to the contact head.

Also, an I/O line 4 for inputting an answer signal from the IC card 2 is connected to the IC card connector 9. The reset signal is outputted at a prescribed time interval, and for this prescribed time, the answer signal is detected, therefore, when the IC card is inserted, the answer signal is detected immediately.

The friction member 6 is formed of, for example, a hard rubber having a coefficient of friction higher than those of plastics.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate an exclusive port and to simplify the constitution of a microcomputer resetting system by using a watchdog timer which is reset by a pulse train of the input/output data. CONSTITUTION:The input/output data are periodically transferred via a bus 8 as long as a microcomputer 9 is normally operating. thus a watchdog timer 12 is reset by a trigger circuit 11 and a resetting signal is never given to the microcomputer 9. While the periodical transfer of the input/output data is not carried out any more when the microcomputer has a runaway. Then a data input/output port of the microcomputer 9 is fixed at an H or L level and there fore the timer 12 is not reset by the circuit 11. As a result, a resetting signal is applied to the microcomputer 9 from the timer 12 passed.
