    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming technique, in which the generation of chips and a burr is suppressed in a cutting process and a forming cost is wholly reduced.
      SOLUTION: In a press-forming method, grooves 28 having a U-shape cross section are formed in flange parts 27. The product 26 for draw-forming is placed on a base 31 of a bend-forming machine 30. Blade receiving parts 32 are disposed around the base 31, and the flange parts 27 are received by the blade receiving parts 32. By lowering punches 33 in a way that the punches 33 are passed between the base 31 and the blade receiving parts 32, separating scrap parts 34 from the flange parts 27 and bending the flange parts 27 downward are carried out at the same time. Cutting is easily and surely conducted by the presence of the grooves, and completed without generating the burr due to no use of a cutting blade.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a frame structure without welding by cutting a round tube to a prescribed length, machining an inner diameter faucet joint to an end part, conducting plastic working to a product shape to a forming material with connecting joints, charging the formed material into a blow forming die regulating an external periphery and blow-forming with heating. SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy round tube is cut to a prescribed length. a male joint and a female joint are machined to an end part of tube. The tube is bent with a tube bender to form a shape close to a product shape. A joint is connected thereto, the tube is made to a forming material 45. The forming material 45 is charged into a blowing forming die 10 which has a cavity regulating an external peripheral face of a product. The forming material is heated to the softening point or higher to under the melting point. A high pressure fluid is blown into the forming material 45 to be subjected to blow forming, the forming material 45 is expanded to press the external periphery to the cavity. Because of no welded part, there is no need to treat a weld bead, an external shape is turned to good.
