摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving evaluation system for evaluating driving in response to an actual situation, and to provide an on-vehicle machine and an information processing center.
SOLUTION: An eco-driving probability density estimating section 231 and an eco-driving awareness pre-learning section 241 reset the evaluation reference of driving for the driver of own vehicle, with respect to the respective situations where own vehicle is driven, whenever driving is evaluated. Consequently, the evaluation reference of the driving is set, in response to the actual situation, when the evaluation is performed compared with a case where reference to evaluate the driving is uniformly set. Additionally, an eco-driving possibility degree/skill level estimating section 161 and an eco-driving awareness degree estimating section 171 evaluate the driving of the driver of the self vehicle, on the basis of the evaluation reference which is reset by the eco-driving probability density estimating section 231 and the eco-driving consciousness pre-learning section 241. Thus, driving is evaluated, in matching with the actual situation.
