    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a device that which excels in sorting capacity of waste containers by color, shape, material and the like by making the waste containers stand in rows in the direction of a roller axis on the conveying surface of a roller conveyor to extract the characteristic thereof and classifying the waste containers, based on a position signal specifying it. SOLUTION: A roller position signal from an encoder 3 provided on a rotating shaft of a roller conveyor 1 is inputted to a controller 6. Each roller 2 is given an address to always detect the roller position. An image pickup means 4 for photographing waste containers A is arranged on the conveying surface of the roller conveyor 1, and the waste containers A made to stand in rows by the roller conveyor 1 are photographed, and an image signal thereof is inputted to the controller 6. To the controller 6, a roller position signal from the encoder 3 and the image signal from the image pickup means 4 are inputted, and a sorting mechanism 5 arranged above the conveying surface in the hind part of the roller conveyor 1 is operated by these signals to classify the waste containers A by color, shape, material and the like and throw them into a chute 9.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately recover cylindrical articles, square articles and spherical articles by an apparatus wherein a carrying conveyer is made higher on the downstream side in the carrying direction and is inclined in the width direction and a side wall face is provided to the inclination to the side and a recovering hole for the cylindrical articles is provided on its downstream and a recovering hole for square articles is provided on the terminal end part of the carrying conveyer and a recovering hole for spherical articles and a back wall face are formed on the upstream side of a feeding means. SOLUTION: A carrying conveyer 1 is arranged so as to be higher at the outlet side in the carrying direction and to be inclined in the width direction and a side wall face 7 and a recovering hole 51 for cylindrical articles are formed to the inclination to the side and a recovering hole 52 for square articles is formed on the terminal end part of the carrying conveyer 1. A back wall face 8 extending from a position separated by a specified distance from the side wall face 7 to the higher side in the width direction and a recovering hole 53 for spherical articles are formed. Among fed articles, the spherical articles are rolled to the upstream side and the lower direction in the width direction caused by inclination of the carrying conveyer 1 and are recovered in the recovering hole 53 for the spherical articles and the square articles are carried by the carrying conveyer 1 into the recovering hole 52 for the square articles and the cylindrical articles are rolled down to the side on the carrying face and are carried by being supported by the side wall face 7 and are recovered in the recovering hole 51 for the cylindrical articles.

    • PURPOSE:To execute impact elastic pressure working and static high pressure working by one machine by installing a block which is retractable and can close a boundary between a combustion chamber for burning fuel and an elastic pressure chamber for housing liquid at this boundary. CONSTITUTION:A plate material P to be worked is set in a metallic mold 16. The liquid is filled in the elastic pressure chamber 12. Combustible gases are filled in an ignition chamber 4, a dispersion chamber 3, a guide path 2 and the combustion chamber 1 and an ignition plug 5 is actuated, The gases are ignited in the ignition chamber 4 and the flames propagate to the top and 1A of the combustion chamber 1. The flames progress from the top end 1A to the bottom end 1B. The combustion chamber 1 is formed gradually smaller toward the lower side and, therefore, the pressure rises extremely high at the bottom end 1B. The plate material P is thus worked by the impact elastic pressure. An aperture 1B is closed by the block B and the liquid G in the elastic pressure chamber 12 is pressurized by a liquid pressure increasing device 15, by which the static high pressure is applied to the plate material P and the final forming thereof is executed.
