    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ultrasonic working apparatus capable of precisely and collectively forming multiple ink grooves in multiple piezoelectric members.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic working apparatus includes a single pedestal attached to a hone ultrasonically vibrating in a vertical direction and multiple tools corresponding to multiple piezoelectric members. Each of the tools includes a surface layer of a polycrystalline diamond laminated on a super hard alloy substrate. Multiple convex parts are individually formed on the surface layer of each of the tools by wire discharge machining. Each of the tools is fixed on an undersurface of the pedestal so as to correspond to a physical relationship of ink grooves between piezoelectric members in which their convex parts are adjacent to each other. By ultrasonically vibrating the tools in a state that the convex parts of the tools are opposed to the piezoelectric members, the ink grooves each complying with a shape of each of the convex parts of the piezoelectric members are collectively formed.
