摘要： Disclosed are an integrated expansion tank for an electric vehicle and an electric vehicle. The integrated expansion tank includes a multi-way valve, an expansion tank and cooling-circuit pumps, wherein the multi-way valve and the cooling-circuit pumps are fixed or integrally formed with a shell of the expansion tank, the shell of the expansion tank is further provided with a plurality of cooling ports in communication with cooling circuits of the electric vehicle and a plurality of heating ports in communication with a heating circuit of the electric vehicle, the multi-way valve is used to change the on-state of the plurality of cooling ports, and the cooling-circuit pumps are provided in the cooling circuits. The integrated expansion tank according to the present disclosure can supply water and exhaust gas for the cooling circuits and the heating circuit simultaneously and is shared by the cooling circuits and the heating circuit, and both of the multi-way valve and the cooling-circuit pumps are integrated on the expansion tank, so that the quantity of the parts is reduced, the assembling steps are simplified, the pipe connection is optimized, the interior of a front compartment is kept clean and tidy, and the light-weighting design of the electric vehicle is facilitated.

摘要： To construct a cooling system at a reduced cost which may restrain overheat of an internal combustion engine even in a case where a valve for controlling a cooling medium is broken down. A first flow passage supplying the cooling medium of the internal combustion engine to a radiator and a second flow passage branching from the first flow passage by a flow control valve to supply the cooling medium to a first heat exchanging portion are provided. In addition, a third flow passage provided separately from the first flow passage to supply the cooling medium to a second heat exchanging portion via an on-off valve is provided. A control apparatus controlling the on-off valve and the flow control valve based on a temperature of the cooling medium is provided.

A cooling circuit (26) for the internal combustion engine has a conveying device (30) for a coolant and is connected to a heating circuit (40). A heating device which transfers heat energy to an air volume flow according to a required heating capacity is arranged in the heating circuit, said air volume flow being conducted into the vehicle interior via a channel system (14) at at least one outlet. A control device (32) which itself can be controlled with a control apparatus (34) is integrated into the cooling circuit (26). This control device sets a first control coolant temperature and triggers a modification of said first control coolant temperature to a second control coolant temperature according to at least one operating parameter of the vehicle (variable cooling). According to the invention, at least one of the control coolant temperatures (TK1, TK2) is modified according to the required heating capacity (HLA).
