摘要： Disclosed are a synchronous coupled boost circuit, a boost circuit, and a power supply apparatus. The present application can solve the problems of voltage drop loss of rectifier diodes, reverse recovery charge loss of body diodes of rectifying transistor, poor power factor and total harmonic distortion caused by inductance and parasitic capacitance resonance when the inductor current is discontinuous, and turn-on loss of the lower bridge transistors.

摘要： This application provides a fault handling system of a solid-state transformer, including a first power unit and a second power unit that are cascaded and connected. The first power unit includes a first auxiliary supply, a first control module, and a first communication module. The first auxiliary supply and the first control module are both electrically connected to two ends of a first busbar capacitor. The first control module is configured to detect a voltage of the first busbar capacitor. The second power unit includes a second auxiliary supply and a second control module. The second auxiliary supply and the second control module are both electrically connected to two ends of a second busbar capacitor. The first communication module outputs fault information to the second control module when the first control module detects that the voltage of the first busbar capacitor is greater than a threshold, and the second control module closes the second auxiliary supply when receiving the fault information. In embodiments of this application, when any cascaded power unit is faulty, a normal power unit can close an auxiliary supply in the normal power unit and reduce a voltage of a busbar capacitor in the faulty power unit, to ensure that the voltage of the busbar capacitor in the faulty unit is within a safe range.

摘要： A circuit for converting a first voltage to a second voltage in a system is disclosed. The circuit includes a pass transistor including a first terminal, a second terminal and a gate, wherein the first terminal is coupled with the first voltage. The circuit is also includes an error amplifier. The error amplifier includes a first input that is coupled with a constant reference voltage and a second input that is coupled with a first switch that is coupled with an output port. A second switch is included and is coupled between the first voltage and an output of the error amplifier. The output of the error amplifier is coupled with the gate of the pass transistor. A third switch is included and is coupled between ground and the output of the error amplifier. The second switch is configured to be driven by a first one shot pulse generated from an input signal of the system and the third switch is configured to be driven by a second one shot pulse generated from the input signal.
