The adapter (10) reduces lithium separation in batteries, and increases the service life of batteries.

摘要： Provided is a power adapter, a terminal device, a charging system, and a charging method. The power adapter includes a port configured to connect with a terminal device for charging that includes a first pin, a second pin, a third pin, and a fourth pin, a first switching circuit connecting to the second pin and further controllably connecting to the first pin, a second switching circuit connecting to the third pin and further controllably connecting to the fourth pin, a power switching circuit connecting to the first and the fourth pin, and a control circuit connecting to the power switching circuit, the first and the second switching circuit, and connecting to the second and the third pin via the first and the second switching circuit respectively. The control circuit controls to increase power output to the short-circuited first and second pin and the short-circuited third and fourth pin, when the control circuit accomplishes a handshake with the terminal device via the second and the third pin. The terminal device, the charging system and the charging method are also provided. Embodiments of the present disclosure can facilitate increasing charging speed and shortening charging time.

The controller comprises: a filtering and rectification circuit (101, 102), which filters and rectifies external alternating current; an electromagnet component (103), which is driven by an output of the filtering and rectification circuit and performs actions of attraction, holding or releasing; a power transistor circuit (104), which is connected to the electromagnet component; and a microcontroller (112), which controls on or off of the power transistor circuit to control the electromagnet component so as to perform the actions of attraction, holding or releasing. The controller further comprises: a voltage control loop, which provides a voltage feedback signal to the microcontroller and the microcontroller generates a control signal according to the voltage feedback signal, wherein the control signal is a PWM control signal having different duty cycles during the attraction and holding of the electromagnet component so that the current does not exceed a predetermined current threshold during the attraction and holding of the electromagnet component; and a current control loop, which provides a current feedback signal to the microcontroller and the microcontroller turns off the power transistor circuit upon detecting an overcurrent exceeding the current threshold.

摘要： An adapter and a method for charging control are provided. The adapter includes a power conversion unit, a sample and hold unit, a current acquisition and control unit. The power conversion unit is configured to convert an input AC to obtain an output voltage and an output current of the adapter, and the output current of the adapter is a current of a first pulsating waveform. The sample and hold unit is connected to the power conversion unit, and is configured to sample the current of the first pulsating waveform when the sample and hold unit is in a sampling state and hold a peak value of the current of the first pulsating waveform when the sample and hold unit is in a holding state. The current acquisition and control unit is connected to the sample and hold unit and configured to determine whether the sample and hold unit is in the holding state and if yes, acquire the peak value of the current of the first pulsating waveform held by the sample and hold unit. The adapter can prolong the service life of the battery.
