      To provide a technique whereby it is possible to both shorten the overall length of a power transmission device and reduce the number of components of the power transmission device.
      Resolution Means:
      A power transmission device (20) is configured so that the power of the motor rotational shaft (14) is transmitted to the axles (WS, WS) via the second input shaft (26) and the second idler shaft (59). Additionally, on the second idler shaft (59), the sliding contact portion (59a) is provided with which the brush member (70) slidably contacts. Among the shaft supports for supporting the shaft members, the housing side second input shaft support (64) and a portion of the second idler shaft support (65) which are formed in the housing (32) are disposed within the flywheel housing space (FAS).     • A motor includes a substantially cylindrical housing, a rotor assembly, a cover, a sleeve, and a cooling fan. The cooling fan is installed at one end of a rotating shaft of the rotor assembly to induce airflow. The sleeve, being closely fitted around the housing, is integrally formed with a plurality of wind-caching projections, each of which is located above one upstream through hole defined on the housing and faces towards the cooling fan. The wind-catching projections can receive the airflow induced by the cooling fan and guides the airflow to enter the housing via the upstream through holes to dissipate the heat accumulated in the motor, so that the motor can be prevented from damages due to heat accumulation. Therefore, the performance and service life of the motor can be increased.
