摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a low cost, high performance, thin structure rotary motor for driving medium used in magnetic disk drive unit, optical disk drive unit or the like, in order to improve the productivity of terminating processing and the reliability of the coils. Magnetic materials which are divided to a plurality of blocks or divided corresponding to respective magnetic pole teeth are connected by means of thin portions. The respective magnetic pole teeth are wound continuously with wire without cutting the wire at the positions in which the thin portions are connected. When a stator is assembled, a plurality of blocks or magnetic pole teeth are disposed on a substrate by separating or bending the thin portions.

摘要： A rotary electric machine laminated core has a plurality of core segments that are arranged into an annular shape and that are stacked in an axial direction of a rotary electric machine. Each of the core segments has: a back yoke portion; and a magnetic pole tooth portion that protrudes outward from the back yoke portion. Each of the magnetic pole tooth portions has: a tooth main portion that is disposed on an intermediate portion; a width-reduced portion that is disposed on an end portion near the back yoke portion, and in which a width dimension is smaller than that of the tooth main portion; and a widened portion that is disposed on a tip end portion, and in which the width dimension is large than that of the tooth main portion. A distance between adjacent width-reduced portions is greater than the width dimension of the widened portions in a state in which the core segments are arranged in a straight line such that the magnetic pole tooth portions are parallel.

A notch portion is disposed on at least one of first and second end portions of the back yoke portion so as to form a gap between a vicinity of the rotating shaft portion of a projecting portion and a recess portion when core segments are arranged in an annular shape or a circular arc shape. 摘要： A device for energizing a DC motor having a commutator segmented into pieces in a circumferential direction to commutate the DC current that is fed from a power source via a first brush and a slip ring that is segmented into n parts in a concentric ring shape around the commutator, each part of which is electrically connected to each piece of the commutator so as to apply to the coils of the stator currents that are commutated into n phases by the commutator, thereby enhancing the reliability. A valve device comprising a device for energizing a DC motor having a stator in which a specified number of coils are arranged circumferentially at generally regular intervals around a stator core, a rotor in which a plurality of permanent magnetic poles are arranged in positions corresponding to the coils of the stator on the outer peripheral surface, an energizing means for energizing the coils of the stator by commutating the DC current fed from a power source via the rotor, an axial member disposed in the center part of the rotor and movable axially in response to the rotation of the rotor, and a valve member capable of opening and closing by the movement of the axial member, thereby achieving a small inertia of the rotor and excellent response of the opening/closing actions of the valve.
