摘要： A bonding method of a flexible display module is provided. The bonding method includes: preparing a flexible display panel (1) having a first bonding area (10); attaching a middle substrate (3) to a surface (12) of the flexible display panel (1) away from the first bonding area (10); aligning a second bonding area (41) of an integrated drive circuit (4) with the first bonding area (10); pre-laminating the first bonding area (10) and the second bonding area (41) at a first temperature; stripping the flexible display panel (1); flattening the flexible display panel (1); and laminating the first bonding area (10) and the second bonding area (41) at a second temperature to form a flexible display module. The flexible display module formed by the bonding method of the flexible display module of the present disclosure has a high yield rate.

A lighting apparatus (100) may be completed by separating the film (201) as it is cut in a width direction, wherein the organic light emitting layer (130) and the second electrode (126) are exposed to the outside through the cut surface, and an open region (131) from which the organic light emitting layer (130) and the second electrode (126) are removed in parallel to both cut surfaces may be formed within the lighting apparatus (100) spaced apart from the cut surface of the film (201) to disconnect the organic light emitting layer (130).
