    • An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display (100) includes: an organic light-emitting element (120) on a substrate (110); a first inorganic layer (130) on the organic light-emitting element (120) and made substantially of hydrogenated silicon nitride (SiN x :H); an organic layer (140) on a portion of the first inorganic layer (130); and a second inorganic layer (150) on and completely covering the organic layer (140). Edges of the second inorganic layer (150) come in contact with the first inorganic layer (130). A ratio of a number of oxygen atoms to silicon atoms contained in the first inorganic layer (130) ranges from 0.12 to 0.19, and a ratio of a number of nitrogen atoms to silicon atoms contained in the first inorganic layer (130) ranges from 0.9 to 1.5. The first inorganic layer (130) and the second inorganic layer (150) have substantially the same composition.

The organic light emitting device includes: an organic light emitting element layer (112, 114, 116) in an active area (A/A); and an encapsulation layer (120) covering the organic light emitting element layer. The encapsulation layer includes one or more inorganic films (121-1, 121-2) and one or more organic films (122). The one or more inorganic films and the one or more organic films cover the entire active area (A/A) and a part of an inactive area (I/A) surrounding the active area.
