摘要： The present invention provides a display panel, a display method thereof and a display device. The display panel comprises multiple pixel units arranged in a matrix, three sub-pixels having different colors in each pixel unit form a first pixel, four sub-pixels in the middle of any two adjacent pixel units in the same row comprise three sub-pixels having different colors that form a second pixel, four sub-pixels in the middle of any two adjacent pixel units in the same column comprise three sub-pixels having different colors that form a third pixel, and four sub-pixels in the middle of any four pixel units in adjacent two rows and adjacent two columns comprise three sub-pixels having different colors that form a fourth pixel, wherein the first pixel, second pixel, third pixel and fourth pixel each comprise red sub-pixel, green sub-pixel and blue sub-pixel; and within display time of one frame of image, the first pixel, second pixel, third pixel and fourth pixel are displayed in a time-sharing manner.

摘要： A light valve panel and a liquid crystal display using the same are discussed. The light valve panel according to an embodiment includes a liquid crystal layer, a first electrode receiving a light valve data voltage through a light valve data line, and a second electrode facing the first electrode with the liquid crystal layer interposed therebetween, and receiving a common voltage swinging in the same phase in synchronization with the light valve data voltage. The liquid crystal display device according to another embodiment includes a display panel, a backlight unit, and a light valve panel.

摘要： According to an embodiment, a display apparatus includes gate lines extending in a first direction, data lines extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, and pixels connected to the gate lines and the data lines. The pixels include pixels arranged in a k-th row and pixels arranged in a (k+1)th row disposed adjacent to the pixels arranged in the k-th row in the second direction. An (i+1)th gate line is disposed between the pixels in the k-th row and the pixels in the (k+1)th row. A first pixel arranged in a g-th column among the pixels arranged in the k-th row and a second pixel arranged in the g-th column among the pixels arranged in the (k+1)th row are connected to a j-th data line. The pixels arranged in the k-th row are alternately connected to an i-th gate line and the (i+1)th gate line.

摘要： The present invention has been made in an effort to provide a liquid crystal display comprising: a liquid crystal panel comprising a display area and a non-display area; left and right common voltage lines connected to common voltage lines formed in the display area and located in the non-display area on the left and right sides of the display area; and a common voltage compensator that receives feedback common voltages from the left and right common voltage lines and outputs compensated common voltages based on the feedback common voltages, wherein the common voltage compensator divides the display area into a first display area and a second display area with respect to the center of the liquid crystal panel and supplies different compensated common voltages to the first display area and the second display area.
