摘要： A process and apparatus for supplying solid feed materials for a direct smelting process to solids injection lances of a direct smelting vessel is disclosed. The feed materials supply apparatus includes a supply line (L) for conveying iron-containing material and solid carbonaceous material under pressure to solids injection lances (7), and the supply line includes a main feeder line section (15) and a plurality of branch line sections (17) extending from the main feeder line section. Each branch line section is connected to one solids injection lance for supplying iron-containing material and carbonaceous material to that lance. The apparatus further includes an assembly for dispensing iron-containing material under pressure into the main feeder line section of the supply line and an assembly for dispensing carbonaceous material under pressure into the main feeder line section of the supply line.

摘要： A method and an apparatus produce a product in at least one phase from an organic component in a feed gas stream. The method includes forming a process zone including a process molten bath and a process gas space disposed over the process molten bath. Molten droplets of said molten bath are then dispersed across the process gas space. The feed gas stream is then directed into the process gas zone, wherein the organic component is exposed to said molten droplets, thereby converting at least a portion of the organic component to a product in at least one phase. The apparatus of the invention comprises a reactor which includes a gas formation section, having a feed inlet, and means for retaining a solid feed component within the gas formation section. The apparatus also includes a process section, disposed in the reactor, having a process gas space, a gas outlet and a process molten bath disposed therein. Further, means are provided for dispersing molten droplets of said molten bath across the process gas space to expose an organic component in the feed gas stream to molten droplets.

Die Gas-Abführeinrichtung (26) weist mehrere nach oben gerichtete Gas-Abführleitungen (56) auf, die mit dem Schachtkörper (10) und/oder dem Aufnahmekörper (20) verbunden sind und in einer Ringleitung (58) münden. Erfindungsgemäß werden die Gas-Abführleitungen (56) zu einer gemeinsamen Gasleitung (60) zusammengeführt, wodurch in jeder Gas-Abführleitung (56) der gleiche Druck anliegt. Dadurch erfolgt die Absaugung der Nutzgase gleichartig, wodurch die nachteilige Beeinflussung der Temperaturbereiche der Strömungsverhältnisse und damit der Reaktionsverhältnisse im Schachtkörper (10) durch die Gasabfuhr verringert wird.
