The compressor 11, the four-way valve 13, the outdoor heat exchanger 12, the indoor unit expansion valve 21, the indoor unit heat exchanger 22, the humidity control device expansion valve 31, and the humidity control device heat exchanger 32 are connected to each other with pipes so as to constitute a refrigerant circuit.

The control unit (80) is connected to the temperature sensor (4), the humidity sensors (3b), (5b), a storage unit (81), a timer (82), a manual input unit (83), air passageway switching mechanisms (35 - 38), a four-way switching valve (9), and an expansion valve (11). In the stage before the air conditioner (10) starts normal operation after startup, the control unit (80) performs priority control operation that prioritizes either the sensible heat process or the latent heat process.

摘要： A salt or CaO coated with hydrophobic nanoparticles comprises an inner part and an outer coating, forming a particle with a permeable membrane keeping liquid inside and letting gas pass. Said inner part comprises at least one selected from a salt and CaO and said outer coating comprises hydrophobic nanoparticles. Known machines and processes can get enhanced functionality the particles comprising salt and nanoparticles. For machines working according to matrix and hybrid principles the particles can act as a matrix, thereby substituting expensive matrix material. Further applications include storage of chemical energy. A device is adapted to perform an absorption process, said device comprising at least one particle. Advantages include that corrosion is reduced or even eliminated. The long term stability of absorption machines is increased and migration of salt in liquid and gas phase is avoided.

摘要： A liquid desiccant regeneration system and method of liquid desiccant regeneration are described. The liquid desiccant regeneration system includes a liquid desiccant regenerator having an engine producing a heated exit stream, and at least one dehydrating tube comprising a first water vapor permeable wall. A low concentration liquid desiccant stream feeds into the liquid desiccant regenerator, while a high concentration liquid desiccant stream exiting the liquid desiccant regenerator. A carrier stream and the low concentration liquid desiccant are in contact with opposite sides of the first water vapor permeable wall, and the low concentration liquid desiccant stream is heated by heat from the heated exit stream to drive water from the low concentration liquid desiccant stream through the first water vapor permeable wall to the carrier stream to form a humidified carrier stream. As a result, the desiccant concentration in the high concentration liquid desiccant stream is higher than a desiccant concentration in the low concentration liquid desiccant stream.

摘要： The present invention concerns a radical innovation of the CMC contactor ("Combined Membranes Contactor") with capillary membranes which is the subject matter of the patent application WO 2012/042553. The new contactor is composed by modules which are easily stackable and can be produced in an industrial way. The invention concerns also an integrated plant for air conditioning utilising the CMC improved according to the invention. The plant integrates a hybrid plant operating with liquid desiccants and heat exchange batteries placed in series/parallel. The integrated plant is provided with a thermovector fluid flow switching valve in order to implement with higher energetic efficiency also the winter heating besides the conditioning in the intermediate and summer seasons.

The adsorption unit includes first and second portions adapted to be selectively and alternately crossed by the first and the fourth air flow rates. An air conditioning method using the above device is also disclosed.
