Somit wird also die Oberhitze oder der Grill des Backofens im Umluftbetrieb zum Erwärmen der Luft verwendet. Eine separate Heizung in der Kammer (7) erübrigt sich, und es kann in einfacher Weise eine grosse Heizleistung erzielt werden.
