摘要： The object of the present invention is to design an oven (1) wherein effective cooking is provided by directing the hot air only over the tray (10) containing the food, which is disposed in the cooking chamber (3). Shutters (9) are located behind blowing holes (8) in the rear wall (4) of the cooking chamber (3). If no baking tray is inserted, the shutters keep the blowing holes (8) closed. If a baking tray is inserted, a transmitter (11), e.g. a pin, transmits the movement of the baking tray to the shutter (9), thereby opening the same.
