Further, an elongation of the rope at a time when a tensile load that is 1.0% of a breaking load is applied, is preferably not less than 0.04% and preferably not greater than 0.10%.

摘要： There are provided an annular concentric stranded bead cord which can realize a reduction in weight while ensuring its strength, a method for manufacturing the same and a vehicle tire.
The manufacturing method is a method for manufacturing an annular concentric stranded bead cord 2 by forming a sheath layer 13 by winding spirally a lateral wire 12 round an annular core 11. After the sheath layer 13 has been formed, the lateral wire 12 is annealed in a pressure-reduced inactive gaseous atmosphere with an annealing quantity which exceeds a heating quantity (temperature × time) which is necessary for vulcanization of a vehicle tire 1 with the annular concentric stranded bead cord embedded in a rubber of the vehicle tire 1 when building the same and is shaped so that "Diameter shaping ratio (%) = H/D × 100" becomes 20% or larger and 105% or smaller.

摘要： The present invention provides a metallic cord for reinforcing a tyre mouldable in a tyre manufacturing step without complicating operations and keeping strength by reducing rusting and an excellent pneumatic tyre employing the metallic cord. The inventive metallic cord (1,11) for reinforcing a tyre is formed by shaping a bundle prepared by paralleling a plurality of metallic wires (2,12) having substantially circular sections in an unstranded state with a binder (3,13) of a polymer material having a melting point of 50°C to 200°C. The polymer material is preferably low-density polyethylene or medium-density polyethylene. The diameters of the metallic wires (2,12) are preferably 0.15 to 0.3 mm.

摘要： A steel cord (114) for the reinforcement of rubber products comprises strength elements (100, 132) and has length, a longitudinal central axis (112) and a cord pitch. Each of the elements (100) has a projection on a plane YZ perpendicular to the longitudinal central axis (112). At least one of these projections takes the form of a curve with a radius of curvature which alternates between a maximum and minimum. The curve further has a center of curvature. The radius of curvature and the center of curvature lie inside the curve so that a convex curve is obtained. The cord (114) is further characterized by one or both of the following features: (i) the distance between two minimum radii of curvature of said curve measured along the longitudinal central axis (112) is different from half the cord pitch; or (ii) if all of said elements (100) provide a convex curve, at least one of said convex curves substantially differs from another convex curve. The steel cord (114) allows full rubber penetration despite low values of cord diameter and part load elongation (PLE).

The steel cord has a layer-twisted structure formed by steel filaments respectively having a diameter of 0.15 mm to 0.25 mm. A core of the steel cord is formed by 1 to 4 steel filaments. A least 6 steel filaments are wound around the steel filaments of the core to form at least one layer. When the steel cord is bent from a straight state to a state in which a radius of curvature thereof is d/(17 x 10⁻³) wherein d is a diameter in millimeters of each steel filament in an outermost layer of the steel cord, a maximum amount of movement of each steel filament in the outermost layer in a cross-section of the steel cord is less than or equal to (-0.5454d + 0.1454) x 10³ um. The steel cord preferably has a two-layer-twisted structure or a three-layer-twisted structure, and has an arrangement in which the diameters of the steel filaments gradually decrease from the core to the outermost layer.

摘要： A steel cord (10) has a diameter D and comprises a core strand (12) and up to nine peripheral strands (14) surrounding the core strand. The core strand (12) has a diameter D1 and the peripheral strands (14) have a diameter D2. The ratio core strand diameter to peripheral strand diameter D1/D2 is greater than a predetermined value in order to enable rubber penetration. 摘要： A metallic cable (10) suitable for reinforcing elastomeric articles comprises two or more substantially indentical, helically disposed filaments (11, 12, 13) nested together and twisted together, such that the cable has a lay length (L) that is at least two times greater than the pitch length (P) of the filaments. The cable is manufactured by drawing metallic filaments from a bobbin means (31, 32, 33) and then guiding them through a means for deforming (34) that shapes the filaments into helixes. The filaments are positioned beside and against each other such that each filament is in contact with at least one other filament. After a sunken rotating pulley (37) guides the filaments through the hollow bearing (23) of a first flyer (21), first and second rotating flyers (21,22) twist the helically disposed filaments together to form a cable.
