摘要： An optimized connection structure for a metal pipe fitting and an implementing method thereof. The structure includes: pipe fittings (1), multifunctional plugs (2, 20) arranged in the inner holes of the tail ends of the pipe fittings (1), and a connecting member (3) connecting the pipe fittings (1). The pipe fittings (1) are provided with radial through holes (13) about the periphery of the connecting part. The multifunctional plugs (2, 20) include: a plugging body (21) at the tail end, a groove (23) in the middle, and a large and a small positioning steps (22, 24) at the top end, the positioning steps being connected with each other. The connecting member (3) may be of a cast/forged composite structure, wherein an inner layer and an outer layer of metal rings (42, 41) and a plurality of radial and axial metal posts (43, 44) connected therewith are formed in a casting/forging mold, and forge-welded parts of the pipe fittings (1) and of the plugs (2, 20) subjected to casting/forging are three dimensionally fit together and forged into an integral structure, thus allowing the various pipe fittings (1) of a bicycle frame and of the fork thereof to be connected in a strong but pliable manner.

摘要： The present invention provides a bicycle comprising a motor mounted to a motor mount of the bicycle frame. The motor mount includes a down tube mount coupled to a down tube, a chainstay mount coupled to a chainstay, and a side brace secured to the down tube mount and wrapping around one side of the motor to the chainstay mount. Preferably, when viewed from the side, the side brace extends directly from the down tube mount to the chainstay mount. Preferably, the motor mount further comprises a lower support secured to the down tube mount and wrapped around a bottom of the motor to the chainstay mount. The motor mount can further include an upper support connecting the seat tube mount to the down tube mount. This upper support can include an upper flange secured to the motor.

摘要： An adjustable assembly for a bicycle includes a first support having an interior surface and a second support slidably positioned within at least a portion of the first support. One of the first support and the second support is adapted to attach to a first bicycle portion, and the other of the first support and the second support is adapted to attach to a second bicycle portion. Further, the second support comprises an expansion portion configured to be moved between an expanded position and a retracted position. The expansion portion is configured to engage the interior surface of the first support when the expansion portion is in an expanded position. In addition, the first support is configured to be selectively moved relative to the second support when the expansion portion is permitted to assume a retracted position. In some embodiments, the first bicycle portion comprises a bicycle frame and the second bicycle portion comprises a bicycle saddle. 摘要： The invention relates to a swing-action device with locking means which is intended for a bicycle and has, on one side, a swing-action articulation and, on the other side, a locking mechanism which contains a locking group, which is connected in a rotatable manner to a supporting element (4b) and is braced against a curved clamping surface (5d) of a clamping element (5b) arranged on the opposite side, said clamping surface running eccentrically in relation to the axis of rotation of the locking group. Known swing-action devices of this kind have overly short clamping displacements, require additional central elevations and depressions for positioning the parts and/or are unstable or have low adjustment tolerances in the clamping connection. According to the invention, the extended axis of rotation of the locking group, in the locked state of the swing-action device, is located within the circle described by the radius of curvature of the clamping surface (5d), and this allows a large clamping displacement. An adjusting nut adjusts the pressure to which the clamping surface is subjected in the locked state by the locking group. A straightforward securing means keeps the locking group in the locked state. It is advantageous that the swing-action device can be produced cost-effectively from identical extruded profiles.

摘要： A speedy pivoting-and-fixing device for a foldable structure includes a structure assembly (11), a pivot assembly (13), a base assembly (14) and a pin (15). The structure assembly has a first structure (111) and a second structure (112). The pivot assembly has a first pivot (131) and a second pivot (132) formed with axial holes (122,123). The first and the second pivots are each formed with a cambered surface (133) at a proximal end thereof so that the first and the second structures can be pivoted by 90° and 180° relatively. The base assembly (14) has through-holes corresponding to the axial holes so that, by using axial bolts (135), the base assembly can be effectively attached to the pivot assembly or the first and the second pivots can be pivoted into place in a speedy way. The pin (15) is disposed at a side of the first and the second pivot and is adapted to compressively fix the pivot assembly to prevent rotation thereof.

摘要： The subject of the invention is a bicycle frame (3) comprising a framework (4) made up of structural components assembled with one another. The framework (4) is chiefly designed as a triangulated structure combining at least one upper beam (18) and at least one lower beam (19) which are cross-braced by structural elements (20 to 26) arranged as slats and assembled at least in twos to form reinforcing members (27) configured in a lattice. The reinforcing members (27) are successively interposed between the beams (18, 19) to which they are individually secured. The slats (20 to 26) are laminated slats the fibres of which are crossed from one layer to the next, and are assembled with one another by nesting together. The slats (20 to 26) are secured to the beams (18, 19) by a nesting fit of the tenon and mortise type.
