摘要： The invention relates to a compact hydraulic module (11) for providing driving power to a vehicle, including a casing (16) in which a first (14) and second (15) hydraulic engine, mounted opposite each other, are accommodated, one of the two engines being rotatably supported by the other, each engine including a valve plate (12), a cylinder (8), a plate (9), and axial pistons on knuckles (6, 7) which are arranged between the plate and the cylinder and which engage therewith. Said hydraulic engines convert the energy from a pressurized fluid into mechanical energy in the form of torque driving a differential, which is contained in the same housing and the output shafts (3) of which are coupled to the drive wheels of the vehicle. Said differential comprises an axial coupling member (1) which is capable of coupling the hydraulic engines together and which is configured so as to distribute the torque to the output shafts, wherein the differential is rotatably mounted inside the hydraulic engine, and the rotational axis (XX') of the hydraulic engine coincides with the rotational axis of the differential.

摘要： A hydraulic drive vehicle includes a bypass valve (30) for fluidly connecting or disconnecting a pump/second-motor line and a second-motor/first-motor line, and set a capacity of a first hydraulic motor (14) to a standard capacity which makes a peripheral speed of a first wheel (9) driven by the first hydraulic motor (14) equal to a peripheral speed of a second wheel (8) driven by a second hydraulic motor (13) when the bypass valve (30) fluidly disconnects the two lines and set the capacity of the first hydraulic motor (14) to a first capacity smaller than the standard capacity when the bypass valve (30) fluidly connects the two lines. The present invention makes it possible to widen a variable range in which a traveling speed of the vehicle could be changed.

摘要： An improved differential unit (101) for an integrated hydrostatic transmission (IHT) is provided. The differential unit comprises an input gear (200), a cross-shaft (202) disposed within a central opening of the input gear, and a pair of clutch members (204L,204R) disposed coaxial with the input gear. One of each clutch member is disposed on opposite sides of the cross-shaft. A first plurality of friction members (208) extend from each clutch member. The differential unit also comprises a pair of side couplings (210L,210R), each coaxially disposed within one of the clutch members, and a second plurality of friction members (212) extending from each side coupling. Each clutch member includes a cam surface (206) that comes in contact with the cross-shaft when the differential unit is under normal operating conditions. Alternative embodiments are also described herein.
