    • The present invention relates to a pneumatic tire that may effectively discharge static electricity accumulated in a vehicle body while preventing separation between a conductive portion and a cap rubber in a tread portion. The pneumatic tire 1 comprises a tread rubber 2G comprising a cap portion 11 having a tread surface 2A, and an electrically conductive portion 12 having a first end exposed at the tread surface 2A and a second end connected with an electrically conductive tire element which is electronically communicated with a rim when the tire is mounted on the rim. The conductive portion 12 is formed of a strip wound body such that a rubber strip 14 is spirally wound. The rubber strip 14 comprises a wide strip 15 having an electrically conductive property, and a narrow strip 16 having a width smaller than a width of the wide strip 15 and disposed radially outward on the wide strip 15. The narrow strip 16 is made of the same rubber material as the cap portion 11 to which the narrow strip 16 is joined.

    • A conduction section of a base rubber section and a conduction section of a cap rubber section are reliably conducted with each other. Tread rubber is provided with a base rubber section formed by helically winding a first electrically non-conductive rubber strip, a cap rubber section formed by helically winding a second electrically non-conductive rubber strip, and a conduction section penetrating through the base rubber section and the cap rubber section and extending in the radial direction. The conduction section is composed of: a first electrically conductive winding section consisting of a first electrically conductive rubber strip which is wound within the base rubber section so as to be superposed on the first electrically non-conductive rubber strip; and a second electrically conductive winding section consisting of a second electrically conductive rubber strip which is wound within the cap rubber section so as to be superposed on the second electrically non-conductive rubber strip.       [Solution] The tire 2 includes adhesive sheet layers 28. Each adhesive sheet layer 28 includes an interposed portion 58 and a protruding portion 60. The interposed portion 58 is interposed between a base layer 32 and a cap layer 34 of a tread 4. The protruding portion 60 is layered over a carcass 12. The adhesive sheet layers 28 are obtained by a rubber composition being crosslinked. The rubber composition contains a tackifier. A width W1 of the interposed portion 58 is preferably greater than or equal to 5 mm, and preferably not greater than 20 mm. A width W2 of the protruding portion 60 is preferably greater than or equal to 10 mm, and preferably not greater than 20 mm. A thickness of each adhesive sheet layer 28 is preferably greater than or equal to 0.5 mm, and preferably not greater than 2.0 mm. A ratio of an adhesive strength of each adhesive sheet layer 28 to an adhesive strength of the cap layer 34 is preferably greater than or equal to 1.30.
