    • Zum Erkennen einer Blockierung eines bewegbaren Bauteils, insbesondere einer Formaufspannplatte, einer Spritzgießmaschine wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, den Bewegungszustand des Bauteils fortlaufend zu überwachen und einen Antrieb zu deaktivieren, wenn keine Bewegung oder nur eine minimale Bewegung erfaßt wird.
      Dazu kann beispielsweise Geschindigkeit des Bauteils direkt überwacht werden, oder die momentane Position des Bauteils wird zyklisch überwacht. Kommt es zu keiner Positionsänderung in aufeinderfolgenden Zyklen, wird auf eine Blockierung geschlossen.
      Entsprechend kann man bei einer Lageregelung, bei der fortlaufend momentane Ist-Positionswerte mit momentanen Soll-Positionswerten verglichen werden, auf eine Blockierung schließen, wenn der Betrag der Differenz zwischen Ist- und Soll-Wert einen vorgegebenen Wert überschreitet.
      Mittelbar kann der Bewegungszustand überwacht werden, in dem eine Betriebskenngröße eines Antriebsmotors, beispielsweise die Soll-Drehzahl im Vergleich mit der Ist-Drehzahl, überwacht wird.
