    • Bei einem Einspritzaggregat für eine Spritzgießmaschine, mit einem Plastifizierzylinder (1) einschließlich einer Plastifizierschnecke (2), einem elektromotorischen, die Plastifizierschnecke in Drehrichtung antreibenden und gemeinsam mit dieser gegenüber dem Plastifizierzylinder hubbeweglich gelagerten Drehantrieb (3) sowie mit einem elektromechanischen, gehäuseseitig mit dem Plastifizierzylinder zugfest verkoppelten und zusammen mit diesem längsverschieblich an einer maschinenbettseitigen Linearführung (24) abgestützten Hubantrieb (4) für die Plastifizierschnecke und den Drehantrieb, wobei die Plastifizierschnecke, der Drehantrieb und der Hubantrieb koaxial zueinander angeordnet sind, werden erfindungsgemäß verformungsbedingte Fehleinstellungen bezüglich der koaxialen Ausrichtung der Einspritzkomponenten dadurch auf konstruktiv einfache Weise wirksam unterbunden, dass der Plastifizierzylinder und der Hubantrieb durch eine verwindungssteif gestaltete, den Drehantrieb hubbeweglich aufnehmende Gehäuseschale (5) miteinander verbunden und über diese längsverschieblich an der maschinenbettseitigen Linearführung (24) abgestützt sind, und dass der Drehantrieb (3) an symmetrisch zu und in einer gemeinsamen Ebene mit der zentralen Achse (A-A) des Einspritzaggregats angeordneten Führungsbahnen (8) der Gehäuseschale (5) hubbeweglich gelagert ist.

    • The invention relates to an electromechanical linear drive, in particular for an injection moulding machine, comprising an electric motor (1) with a hollow-shaft rotor (5), open on one side, with a subsequent screw gear (6) which converts the rotational movement of the hollow-shaft rotor into a linear movement. According to the invention, an extremely stable-running, exactly central and fail-safe rotor bearing may be achieved with a simple construction and in an economical manner, whereby the bearing spigot is supported on the motor housing such as to rotate by means of at least two axially pre-tensioned, counter-rotating, individual bearings (11, 12), separated in the longitudinal direction and supporting longitudinal and transverse forces and, in the region of the open rotor end, an emergency running safety device (14, 15) for an eccentric rotor displacement is provided.

    • An object is to increase the mechanical efficiency of an injection molding machine, decrease the inertia, and decrease the axial length. The injection molding machine comprises a cylinder member; an injection member disposed within the cylinder member such that the injection member can advance and retract; an injection motor (82); and a transmission shaft which is connected to the injection member such that the transmission shaft can rotate relative to the injection member. The transmission shaft has a rotation transmission portion, to which rotation of the injection motor (82) is transmitted, as well as a motion conversion portion for converting rotational motion to linear motion. The injection motor (82) and the transmission shaft are disposed on the same axis, and the transmission shaft is advanced and retracted inside the rotor (92) of the injection motor (82). In this case, since rotation of the injection motor (82) is transmitted directly to the transmission shaft without intervention of a speed reduction mechanism, a pulley, and the like, mechanical efficiency can be improved, and inertia can be decreased. Further, the time required for changeover from the injection stage to the pressure holding stage is shortened. Since the transmission shaft is advanced and retracted inside the rotor (92) of the injection motor (82), the injection molding machine can be reduced in axial length.
