摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Preformen 14 mit einer Spezialgeometrie, wobei die fertig hergestellten Preformen 14 einen Halsbereich mit Gewinde und einen an den Halsbereich anschließenden Preformkörper mit gegenüber der Kavität des Spritzgießwerkzeugs vergrößerter Geometrie aufweisen.
Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in ein Spritzgießwerkzeug, dessen Kavitätsgeometrie der Formnester derart ausgestaltet ist, dass die radiale Erstreckung des Innenraums im damit hergestellten Preformkörper nicht größer ist als die radiale Erstreckung des Innenraums im Halsbereich, Preformen durch Einspritzen einer Kunststoffschmelze hergestellt werden, die Preformen mit einem Entnahmegreifer aus dem offenen Werkzeug entnommen werden, Transferpins 18 eines Transfergreifer 16 in den zugehörigen Innenraum eines Preforms 14 eingebracht werden, die Preforms 14 mittels des Transfergreifers 16 aus dem Entnahmegreifer entnommen und in eine Nachkühleinrichtung 26 umgesetzt werden und die Preformen 14 im Entnahmegreifer und/oder in der Nachkühleinrichtung 26 unter Verwendung von Überdruck aufgeblasen werden, derart, dass die Geometrie des aufgeblasenen Preformkörpers größer ist, als die Kavität im Spritzgießwerkzeug.

In particular in order to avoid unnecessary energy consumption, an actuating direction requested by the hybrid drive and a desired actuating force are determined, the valve is switched to a position such that the hydraulic drive is effective in the actuating direction, at least when the actuating force cannot be generated by the electric motor alone, the difference between the force generated by the hydraulic drive and the actuating force is determined, and the electric motor is operated such that the desired actuating force is achieved by adding the force generated by the motor to the force generated by the hydraulic drive, or subtracting the first from the latter.

摘要： The invention relates to a method and a removal device for the automatic removal of injection moulded parts from the half moulds (10, 11) of injection moulding machines. By installing additional vacuum storage element (61) in consumer proximity, the necessary vacuum is available for each removal in an additional area, independent from pressure variations in the vacuum system. Before the beginning of each removal, the available system is monitored by sensor means (70, 71, 72) and by maintaining a vacuum-limit value a movement authorisation is transmitted to the removal robot (30). A pressure switch threshold value is also determined for the vacuum which is adjusted in close proximity to the suction cup during the removal of the injection moulded parts (1) by the suction cups (44) of the removal robot (30). If the pressure switch threshold value is reached as a result of sufficient closeness of the injection moulding parts (1) to the suction caps (44), the removal robot (30) is authorised, by means of a machine control, to carry out additional movements. The pressure switch threshold value can be set as a percentage of the start vacuum at the beginning of each removal and as a result, the time and removal safety for each part or production charge are optimised.

Alternatively, large-surface cylinders (50, 50'), which can be connected via couplings, are used for pressing. As a result, a displacing movement with a large build-up of force with the smallest possible expenditure of energy can be executed by corresponding multiplications on the micro scale.
