摘要： Methods of forming a tire 4 directly on a wheel in which the wheel has a conduit which runs between its hub and rim. A mold is placed over the wheel in order to form a cavity between an inner surface of the mold and the wheel's rim. Liquid materials to form the tire 4 are injected into the cavity via the conduit and the wheel spun to distribute the materials throughout the cavity, which materials solidify to form the tire 4 attached to the wheel. The method includes the step of placing a hub cap 6 over a face of the wheel prior to placing the mold and sealing the hub cap 6 to the wheel during the molding process. The tire 4 may have a substantially hollow interior 50 which may include a flexible web 18 sealed within the rim of the wheel by the hub cap 6.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a tubular component as an article made of thermoplastic synthetic material using an injection moulding device (1) comprising a tool (2) forming an article cavity (3), comprising means for filling the article cavity (3) with a thermoplastic moulding compound, and comprising an injection device (6) for injecting a fluid into the article cavity (3), wherein the injection device (6) comprises a nozzle body (7), wherein the method provides that the nozzle body (7) is used as a moulding core for forming one end of the article, the nozzle body (7) is used as a carrier for an additional component to be introduced into the article, wherein: a) the nozzle body (7) is first provided with the additional component; b) the nozzle body (7) is introduced into the closed article cavity (3), or the tool (2) is closed around the nozzle body (7); c) in a further method step, the article cavity (3) is filled at least partially with the thermoplastic moulding compound; d) a pressurised fluid is then introduced into the article cavity (3) by means of the injection device (6), wherein a portion of the moulding compound is displaced into a secondary cavity; and e) the article is removed from the mould. The invention also relates to an injection moulding device (1) for carrying out the method.

摘要： The invention relates to a device (1) for injection-molding and for overmolding objects (8), in particular for producing laminated cores sheathed by an insulation layer.
