摘要： The invention relates to a twist-beam rear suspension for a wheel suspension of a motor vehicle. The twist-beam rear suspension comprises a twistable transverse profiled section (1) and one trailing arm (2, 3) connected to the transverse profiled section (1) at each end of the transverse profiled section (1). Each trailing arm (2, 3) has a wheel carrier (8, 9) which can be pivoted about a steering axis (10, 11). The wheel carriers (8, 9) are connected to one another by means of a tie rod (14) via ball joints (12, 13), and the wheel carriers are coupled to an actuator device (15) in order to generate a steering movement of the wheel carriers about the respective wheel carrier steering axis (10, 11). The twist-beam rear suspension is characterized by a kinematic coupling arrangement (17) that acts on the tie rod (14), said coupling arrangement (17) being designed to determine the degree of freedom of rotational movement (18) of the tie rod (14). The invention provides a twist-beam rear suspension with which the tie rod and the actuator device maintain an optimal kinematic definition, with respect to the minimization of toe differential angles or asymmetrical compression behavior, in all operating conditions.

摘要： The invention relates to a twist beam axle for a wheel suspension of a motor vehicle. The twist beam axle comprises two trailing arms (2, 3) and a torsional profile (1) with end portions which are of non-circular cross section and which are of substantially prismatic form, wherein in each case one trailing arm (2, 3) is connected to in each case one torsional profile end portion. The twist beam axle is characterized in that the trailing arms (2, 3) have a receiving recess (13) of corresponding form to the outer surface of the torsional profile end portion (1). Here, there is arranged in the interior space of the respective torsional profile end portion (1) in each case one inwardly pressed-in press-fit plug (12). The invention provides a twist beam axle by means of which a permanent transmission of high bending moments and torques between the trailing arms and torsional profile is ensured without welded connections. It is possible for different material classes to be used for the torsional profile and the trailing arms and to be connected to one another, for example light metal with steel or fiber composite material. The twist beam axle permits generally the use of large-volume, thin-walled and thus weight-saving torsional profiles.

The more rigid layer elements (9B, 9C and 10 B, 10C) are shaped as convex half-shells between end regions (9B1, 9B2, 9C1, 9C2 and 10B1, 10B2, 10C1, 10C2) that are oriented in the axial direction of the transverse leaf spring (1).
