摘要： The invention relates to a device (10) for shaping products from a material strand, in particular bonbon-type sweets comprising two eccentrically circulating separation rings (12, 13) each of which is provided with cavities (16) and separation ribs (17), wherein said separation ribs, during rotation of the separation rings, are approached to each other and are brought into contact with individual pieces of the material strand in such a way that they are separated. The inventive device also comprises a rotating stamping chamber ring (25) provided with open stamping chambers (30) on both sides thereof which comprise two stamping dies (31, 32) displaceable therein, located on two sides of the stamping chamber and forming a stamping die pair. Said stamping dies are driven by a curved control unit, respectively. Curved path along which the stamping dies are displaceable, when a guiding element (43, 44) defining said curved paths runs about an axis, are fixed to each other in such a way that, during one revolution, stamping of an individual piece begins in a peripheral angle area approximately ranging from 12° to 15° prior to a point of minimum distance between the stamping dies and ends in a peripheral angle area approximately ranging from 0° to 5° after said point of minimum distance between the stamping dies.

The device also comprises pairs of embossing dies having respective first embossing dies (9) and respective second embossing dies (10), the first embossing die (9) being arranged on a first side of the separation rings (2, 3) and the second embossing die (10) being arranged on a second side opposite the first side of the separation rings (2, 3), a cam control device (11, 13) to determine a position of the embossing dies (9, 10) in the axial direction relative to the separation rings (2, 3). The outer separation ring (3) is flexible and is in contact with the inner separation ring (2) during an embossing phase of the goods (5) to emboss the goods between the inner separation ring (2) and the outer separation ring (3) by means of the embossing dies (9, 10).
