摘要： An electric motor including: a frame; a rotor assembly including a magnet, a bearing assembly, an impeller, and a shaft; and a stator assembly including a stator core and a bobbin. The frame has an inner wall and an outer wall, the outer wall surrounds the inner wall and defines an annular channel between the inner wall and the outer wall, and diffuser vanes extend from the inner wall to the outer wall through the annular channel. The inner wall defines a bore for supporting the rotor assembly, and the outer wall defines a substantially cylindrical outer casing of the motor.

摘要： Provided is a slim type stator that is used to make a BLDC (Brushless Direct-Current) motor having a stator of a division core structure and a double rotor for use in a drum-washing machine, a slim type motor having the same, and a direct drive apparatus for use in the drum-washing machine. The stator includes: an annular division stator core assembly that is assembled in an annular form by winding a three-phase coil on a number of bobbins that are molded on respective outer circumferences of a number of division cores to thus surround a middle portion of each bobbin wherein each bobbin includes first and second flanges formed at one side of the bobbin and the other side thereof, respectively, and a coupling protrusion and a coupling groove that are formed at both side ends of the first flange that is disposed inward, and wherein the coupling protrusion and the coupling groove are mutually coupled between adjoining division stator bobbins; and a stator holder that molds the division stator core assembly that is formed in an annular form by winding the coils on the bobbins by an insert molding that uses a thermosetting resin, excepting inner and outer side surfaces of each division core of the division stator core assembly.

摘要： An electric machine having a stator assembly that includes a stator core and a coil supported by the stator core and a rotor assembly that includes a shaft and a rotor supported by the shaft that is in magnetic interaction with the stator core. The electric machine may include a single sensor configured to detect magnetic polarities of the rotor as the rotor rotates relative to the sensor and to generate a signal representing the detected magnetic polarities of the rotor. The signal and an inverted version of the signal are utilized to control current through the coil. The sensor may be encapsulated on a circuit board to positively position the sensor relative to the circuit board. The circuit board may be mounted to a bearing housing of the electric machine. The sensor may be received in a pocket of a bearing housing of the electric machine so the sensor is positively positioned relative to the rotor. The rotor may be connected to the shaft with an encapsulation material. The rotor may be formed as a single cylinder of ferrite. A tapered air gap may be formed between a portion of the stator core and a corresponding portion of the rotor. The electric machine may be a C-frame electric motor with the I-bar portion formed of grain-oriented electric steel.

摘要： A rotary motor comprises a stator (1) formed by bending a core (20), wherein the core has a plurality of teeth (15) which are connected in series by a bending portion (10). Coils (2) are wound on the plurality of teeth (15) and are connected by a crossover wire (25) connecting between respective teeth (15) of said stator. A rotor (3) is arranged opposite the plurality of the teeth (15) of the stator (1). In the motor, the crossover wire (25) is positioned outwardly of the bending portion (10) of the stator (1). The coils may have a plurality of phases and the crossover wire (25) connects coils (2) having the same phase.
