摘要： A temperature adjustment control device includes a heat diffusion layer (40), a heat flux sensor (10), and a temperature changing body (21 a, 22) provided in this order from a surface (200a) making contact with a human body (210). A temperature of the temperature changing body is changed when energized. The heat flux sensor is disposed on the temperature changing body and outputs a sensor signal corresponding to a heat flux. The heat diffusion layer is disposed opposite to the temperature changing body through the heat flux sensor so as to cover the heat flux sensor. The heat flux sensor outputs the sensor signal corresponding to the heat flux passing through the heat flux sensor in a direction in which the heat diffusion layer, the heat flux sensor, and the temperature changing body are arranged. A control portion (2) controls a start and a stop of the power supply to the temperature changing body based on the sensor signal outputted from the heat flux sensor.

摘要： A heat flux sensor 10 is installed in such a way that heat flux emanating from a biological object present at a predetermined position is detectable. It is determined whether or not a biological object is present at the predetermined position by comparing sensing results of the heat flux sensor with determination criteria. The determination criteria is preset according to heat flux that can be sensed when a biological object is present at the predetermined position. When the sensing results of the heat flux sensor satisfy the determination criteria, in other words, when the heat flux sensed by the heat flux sensor is the heat flux emanating from a biological object, it is determined that a biological object is present at the predetermined position. Consequently, it is possible to realize accurate detection of a biological object.

摘要： In a step of pressing a laminate 80, the laminate 80 is first pressed while being heated to a temperature lower than a melting point of a thermoplastic resin so as to elastically deform the thermoplastic resin and apply a pressure in a direction perpendicular to a laminating direction to thereby allow first and second conductive pastes 41 and 51 to tightly adhere to front and rear surface patterns 21 and 31. Next, the laminate 80 is pressed while being heated to a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin so as to fluidize the thermoplastic resin while allowing the thermoplastic resin to flow out from the laminate and apply a pressure in the direction perpendicular to the laminating direction to thereby allow the first and second conductive pastes 41 and 51 are solid-sintered. Since the first and second conductive pastes 41 and 51 are tightly adhered to the front and rear surface patterns 21 and 31, the first and second conductive pastes 41 and 51 less easily fluidize when the laminate 80 is pressed at the temperature equal to or higher than the melting point.

摘要： A comfortable temperature control apparatus used for a vehicle is provided with a temperature-change element (20) that changes a temperature thereof by being energized; a heat flux sensor (10) outputting a sensor signal corresponding to a heat flux; a heat diffusion layer (40) disposed on the heat flux sensor (10); and a control unit (2) that energizes the temperature-change element so as to adjust the temperature of the temperature-change element (20). In a seat (200) provided in a vehicle cabin of a vehicle, a cover surface (201a) side in contact a passenger being seated, the heat diffusion layer, the heat flux sensor and the temperature-change element are arranged in this order. The heat flux sensor outputs the sensor signal to the control unit, the sensor signal corresponding to the heat flux between the cover surface and the temperature-change element. The control unit adjusts an energization of the temperature-change element, based on the sensor signal outputted by the heat flux sensor, such that the heat flux between the cover surface and the temperature-change element is a predetermined value.

摘要： A heat quantity control device has a heat flux sensor 10 arranged between first and second heating elements arranged adjacently to each other, and a control section 20 for controlling a heat quantity of the first and second heating elements. The heat flux sensor 10 has an insulation board made of thermoplastic resin, first and second via holes formed in the insulation board penetrating in a thickness direction thereof. First and second layer connection members are embedded in the first and second via holes, respectively. The first and second layer connection members are made of different metals and alternately connected in series.
