摘要： The issue of the invention is to provide a novel magnetic material combining both improved insulation resistance and improved magnetic permeability, and also to provide a coil component using such a magnetic material. Provided is a magnetic material according to the present invention which comprises a particle moulding (1) that is provided with: a plurality of metal particles (11) made of Fe-Si-M-based soft magnetic alloy (where M is a metal element that is more easily oxidized than Fe); and an oxide coating (12) formed on the surfaces of the metal particles. The particle moulding (1) has: bonding portions (22) by way of the oxide coating (12) formed on the surfaces of adjacent metal particles; and bonding portions (21) of metal particles (11) in portions where no oxide coating (12) is present.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide an optical information recording medium suited for high-density and high-speed recording using a recording wavelength of 360 to 450 nm, in particular, around 400 nm (for example, 405 nm) and its recording method. The present invention is based not on a conventional High to Low method but on a Low to High method and, when the reflectance of the pit is higher than that of the non-pit area, the maximum film thickness of the recording layer at the track area where the pits are arranged is in the range from 25 to 60 nm and the maximum film thickness of the recording layer at the area adjacent to the track area is in the range of 5 to 30 nm, a satisfactory push-pull signal can be obtained. Further, the film thickness of the reflecting layer is preferably set in the range from 120 to 180 nm, and groove width of the reflection layer is preferably set in the range from 85 to 150 nm.

摘要： A composite multi-layer substrate (20) comprising a flat plate-like core member (21) formed of a material having an excellent electric conductivity, an excellent heat conductivity, and a high rigidity, a front resin layer (22) and a rear resin layer (23) covering at least the front and rear surfaces of the core member (21), and a bottomless hole (24) formed in the core member (21) through the front and rear sides of the core member (21), wherein an electronic component (25) is installed in the bottomless hole (24), whereby since the strength of the composite multi-layer substrate (20) can be assured by the rigidity of the core member (21), conventional prior art glass cloth can be eliminated, deterioration in the electric characteristics caused by ion migration can be avoided and will result in reduced production cost.

摘要： A small-sized dielectric antenna which provides favorable VSWR characteristics in a working frequency band even if placed near a ground conductor pattern when mounted mainly on a circuit board. The power feed point for an antenna element (13) the resonance frequency of which is set at a first frequency and that for an antenna element (14) the resonance frequency of which is set at a second frequency are connected to a power feed external terminal (12b), and an open stub (15) is connected near the power feed point for the antenna element (14), so that a dielectric antenna (10)is constituted. The open stub (15) enables the antenna elements (13, 14) to resonate with an working frequency with their lengths shorter than normal lengths determined by the lengths of the working frequency. 摘要： To provide a completely novel piezoelectric ceramic having an alkali-containing niobate-based perovskite structure in which constituent elements are Li, Na, K, Nb, and O, wherein sintering can be readily performed at about 1000°C and wherein piezoelectric characteristics are not significantly reduced. A Li 3 NbO 4 crystal phase is intentionally deposited on a piezoelectric ceramic having an alkali-containing niobate-based perovskite structure in which constituent elements are Li, Na, K, Nb, and O, whereby sintering becomes possible at about 1000°C rather than at the normally required sintering temperature of 1050°C or greater.
