    • A multi-fuel supply system (1) is proposed for operating an internal combustion engine (100) with multiple chemically incompatible fuel types including alternative fuels such as pyrolysis oil based fuels and crude oil based fuels such as Diesel fuel oil and heavy fuel oil, and a chemically compatible cleaning fuel. The multi-fuel supply system (1) comprises an internal combustion engine (100), an engine input valve assembly (200) fluidly connected to an input of the engine fuel system (121) and an engine output valve assembly (300) fluidly connected to an output of the engine fuel system (121) as well as an engine by-pass line (110) to by-pass internal combustion engine (100). The multi-fuel supply system (1) comprises a crude oil fuel recirculating unit (114A), a cleaning fuel supply (114C), and an alternative fuel recirculating unit (114B) as well as a waste tank (244). Engine input valve assembly (200) and an engine output valve assembly (300) allow safely switching between incompatible fuels by using the cleaning fuel in-between.

    • Techniques, systems, and devices are disclosed for converting an alcohol and water mixture to hydrogen-rich gas inside a gasoline engine to power the gasoline engine vehicle. In one aspect of the disclosed technology, an electronic control module installed on a gasoline engine vehicle for controlling the gasoline engine vehicle to run on an alcohol and water mixture as fuel is disclosure. This electronic control module includes a processor, a memory, and an interface coupled to the ECU of the gasoline engine vehicle to receive various sensor signals from the ECU. The electronic control module also includes interconnects coupled to various modules of the gasoline engine vehicle to control a process of running the vehicle on the alcohol and water mixture stored in the gasoline tank of the vehicle. The said process includes converting catalyzed alcohol and water mixture to a hydrogen-rich gas inside a cylinder of the gasoline engine.
