摘要： A high-pressure gas compression-ignition engine is developed under this invention, which comprises a cylinder block, a piston and a cylinder head, wherein the piston is mounted on the cylinder block and sealed by the cylinder head to form a combustion chamber for fuel work, and the cylinder head is respectively provided with an intake valve and an exhaust valve. It also comprises a fuel supply system, wherein the fuel in the tank is pressurized by the pump body through a fuel channel and then supplied to the combustion chamber of the cylinder block; a fuel injection device for injecting fuel into the intake valve; a compression-ignition system, which is connected to the exhaust duct or the external air source, and recovers or sucks part of the tail gas energy discharged from the power stroke of the combustion chamber into the external air source, and stores it in the compression-ignition gas storage tank after compression. The cylinder head is provided with a compression gas valve assembly for injecting fuel into the compression-ignition combustion chamber. The discharged gas energy or external gas source is pressurized into high-pressure gas, which is not limited by the anti-knock performance of fuel. It can be used for automatic compression-ignition of combustion chamber. Moreover, it can reduce fuel consumption and pollution, and effectively improve compression ratio and power performance.

摘要： A fuel injection control device for an engine is provided. A fuel injector with multiple nozzle holes forms a lean mixture gas inside a combustion chamber, a spark plug ignites to cause the mixture gas to start combustion accompanied by flame propagation, then combust by self-ignition. A first atomized fuel spray injected from a first nozzle hole and a second atomized fuel spray injected from a second nozzle hole separate from each other by a swirl flow, and a third atomized fuel spray injected from a third nozzle hole and a fourth atomized fuel spray from a fourth nozzle hole approach each other by the swirl flow so that a first area and a second area where mixture gas is richer are formed inside the combustion chamber. The fuel injector sequentially performs first, second, and third injections with an injection interval therebetween in an intake stroke.

摘要： A fuel injection control device for an engine is provided. A swirl generator generates a swirl flow inside a combustion chamber. A fuel injector with multiple nozzle holes injects fuel into the combustion chamber, and forms a lean mixture gas inside the combustion chamber. A spark plug ignites the lean mixture gas to cause a portion of the mixture gas to start combustion accompanied by flame propagation, and then combusts by self-ignition. The fuel injector has first and second nozzle holes, and a first atomized fuel spray injected from the first nozzle hole and a second atomized fuel spray injected from the second nozzle hole separate from each other by the swirl flow. The fuel injector performs the fuel injection in an intake stroke, and retards a start timing of the injection when an engine load is high compared to that when the load is low.

The controller restricts the execution of the lean compression ignition combustion control when the controller determines that the atmospheric pressure is lower than a given threshold based on a signal outputted from the atmospheric-pressure detector.

摘要： In a marine conversion of a “Duramax” V8 diesel engine, each bank of cylinders has a jacketed exhaust manifold including a solid elongated casting including coolant galleries and a central exhaust duct. Recirculating coolant cools each cylinder then enters the exhaust manifold through separate apertures aligned with openings made by removal of a frost plug. Each manifold coolant aperture has a controlled diameter, ensuring most of the coolant passes along the length of the engine then along the manifold yet enough coolant cools each cylinder. The coolant then traverses and cools a manifold extension and a turbocharger.
