摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the cycle time of work by a method wherein a first base arm and second base arm for a frame body fundamental shaft are integrally turned and elevated, and the revolving center of an outer peripheral paper roll arm and outer peripheral paper clamp arm is adjusted to meet the center of a coil, and speeds of the outer peripheral paper clamp arm and a cradle roll are synchronized. CONSTITUTION:A metal coil C is placed on cradle rolls 42-1, 42-2 which are provided in parallel. Also, the cradle rolls 42-1, 42-2 are driven in the same direction. On a frame body 50, a fundamental shaft is provided in parallel with the cradle rolls, and the fundamental shaft has a base 51 and is able to rotate. A first base arm 52 and second base arm are projected from the fundamental shaft, and an outer peripheral paper roll arm is axially supported by the first base arm 52, and an outer peripheral paper clamp arm is axially supported by the second base arm. After the revolving center of the outer peripheral paper roll arm and outer peripheral paper clamp arm has been positioned at the center of the coil by the rotation and elevation of the base arms, when an outer peripheral paper is wrapped around the metal coil C, a roll of the outer peripheral paper is made to revolve around the coil while giving self-revolving. After the outer peripheral paper has been wound to its rearend, pressure is added in the roll to expand a cushioning chamber, and a tape is pressed to strengthen the adhesion.

A cutter is lowered to cut the tape. Then, a temporary tape receiving box is turned and moved to a tape sticking position (b), a sheet of outer periphery paper 50 is stopped in the middle of the width of the tape 30, and a tape sticking pad 40 is moved forward to stick the tape on a sheet.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make possible to wind up an outlet peripheral paper without trouble even when the paper has the cohesive part of a tape on the outer periphery, and also make possible a strong application of a tape after the completion of packaging by a method wherein a winding-up of a packaging paper is started by drawing the paper end of an outer peripheral paper by vacuum by swelling or shrinking a buffer chamber which communicates with an air suction/removal system, and a winding-up of a second layer of the paper is performed under a shrinking condition of the buffer chamber. CONSTITUTION:A groove 32, which is provided in the axial direction of a roll 30, is covered by a rubber film 33 to form a buffer chamber 34, and fine holes 40, 41 are bored on the bottom part of the groove 32 and the rubber film 33. A winding-up of an outer peripheral paper 35 is performed while an adhesive tape 36 has an adhesive part 37 on the end part of the outer peripheral paper 35. When pressure in the roll 30 is reduced, the buffer chamber 34 shrinks, and under this condition, the paper 35 equipped with the tape 36 is drawn by suction. At this time, the cohesive part 37 is drawn by suction in the groove with a space and does not come into contact with the outer peripheral paper to be a second layer, and the roll winds up the paper by the self rotation. In order to place the outer peripheral paper 35 on a metal coil C, the roll 30 is revolved around the coil while rotating on its own axis. After winding the paper up to the rear end, the pressure in the roll is increased, and the buffer chamber 34 is made to swell to press down the tape 36.

摘要： PURPOSE:To securely feed peripheral paper by the rigidity of a whole deliver- feed roll even when the peripheral paper has a strong peculiarity to curl by arranging a pair of deliver-feed rolls and a guide system provided with a sinking comb type sinking comb guide. CONSTITUTION:Peripheral paper S delivered and fed through a deliver-feed roll 20 and a guide system 30 from peripheral paper feed paper is captured by an absorption pad 23 and guided to descend by a guide bar 28 while passing through the guide system 30. The descent of this absorption pad 23 and the delivery of the delivery-feed roll 20 are synchronously controlled. Subsequently, when a required amount of the peripheral paper S is wound up by a winding roll, the peripheral paper is cut off, but after cutting it is wound back by the deliver-feed roll 20. Consequently, even if there remains a peculiarity to curl, it passes through a sinking comb when wound back, and curling disappears.
