    • PURPOSE:To enable the casting of a cast body having excellent and extra precision in a large scaled product by forming high pressure difference between a melting chamber and a casting chamber. CONSTITUTION:After replacing the atmospheres of the melting chamber 10 and the casting chamber 11 with inert gas, the high pressure difference between the melting chamber 10 and the casting chamber 11 is formed prior to the pouring of molten metal. At this time, the inert gas is exhausted outside the system from the melting chamber 10, a porous mold 7 and the casting chamber 11 through a connecting hole 16 with a solenoid selector 17. Then, at the time of executing the casting, an annular airtight level in a conical mold receiving base 1 arranged in the casting chamber 11 is positioned at the upper edge of the cast body to form the high pressure difference between the melting chamber 10 and the casting chamber 11. The boundary zone between a runner in the mold and a cavity molding body is positioned at the annular air-tight level formed in a circular groove 3 in the mold receiving base 1. Thus the mold receiving base 1 is formed in a conical shape and plural steps of the circular grooves 3-1, 3-2 are engraved in the inner periphery 2. By this constitution, the high airtightness of the melting chamber and the casting chamber can be obtd.

    • PURPOSE:To make possible to wind up an outlet peripheral paper without trouble even when the paper has the cohesive part of a tape on the outer periphery, and also make possible a strong application of a tape after the completion of packaging by a method wherein a winding-up of a packaging paper is started by drawing the paper end of an outer peripheral paper by vacuum by swelling or shrinking a buffer chamber which communicates with an air suction/removal system, and a winding-up of a second layer of the paper is performed under a shrinking condition of the buffer chamber. CONSTITUTION:A groove 32, which is provided in the axial direction of a roll 30, is covered by a rubber film 33 to form a buffer chamber 34, and fine holes 40, 41 are bored on the bottom part of the groove 32 and the rubber film 33. A winding-up of an outer peripheral paper 35 is performed while an adhesive tape 36 has an adhesive part 37 on the end part of the outer peripheral paper 35. When pressure in the roll 30 is reduced, the buffer chamber 34 shrinks, and under this condition, the paper 35 equipped with the tape 36 is drawn by suction. At this time, the cohesive part 37 is drawn by suction in the groove with a space and does not come into contact with the outer peripheral paper to be a second layer, and the roll winds up the paper by the self rotation. In order to place the outer peripheral paper 35 on a metal coil C, the roll 30 is revolved around the coil while rotating on its own axis. After winding the paper up to the rear end, the pressure in the roll is increased, and the buffer chamber 34 is made to swell to press down the tape 36.
