摘要： PURPOSE:To lessen vibration by a compact constitution in which plural vibro- rotators are turned synchronously in each cylinder and act on the inner walls of cylinders of eccentric rollers to generate high-frequency vibration in the direction of the right angle to the drive shaft. CONSTITUTION:When rotators 7 are turned, eccentric rollers 9 are turned in contact with the inner surface of a cylinder 4 by centrifugal forces. The rotary shaft of the roller 9 is supported slidably in the direction of right angle to the drive shaft 60 of the rotator 7, and the shaft 60 is driven by a drive motor 110. A gear to turn two rotators synchronously in the opposite directions with engagement of a gear 13 fixed to the drive shaft 6 is fixed to the drive shaft 60 by insertion. The weight of the vibrator can thus be designed to a necessarily minimized extent, and the vibrating power can be economized. The vibrating load to the driver can also be greatly reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a yield and quality at the time of casting for long time by providing the grinder having a hard grinding material coming into contact with a roll face and providing a suction type cleaner with brush on the roll face at rear part in the rotary direction of the roll of the grinder. CONSTITUTION:A grinder 4 and a suction type cleaner 7 with brush are provided on the roll 1 for casting of a casting device. The grinder 4 is composed of the rotary belt 6 adhering the corundum grinding material, etc., harder than the roll surface coming into contact with a roll face and driven by a driving roll 5. The suction type cleaner 7 with brush is arranged at the rear part in the roll rotary direction of the grinder 4, peeling and discharging the attachment due to grinding with the brush 8 at the tip thereof. The wiper having a fabric made rotary belt 11 is provided, if necessary. A molten metal is fed from the casting position 2 to cast the amorphous thin metal strip 3 of Fe-Si-B, etc., which are led to a winder. With this device, the yield and quality can be improved in the casting for long time.
